Bridal Blues

Momo-Chan’s POV

I finally open my eyes and I was still wrapped out Taehyun’s arms… the sound of fire trucks echoed around us… I weakly open my eyes…

“Are you okay?” Taehyun asks as he gently brush my arm

I looked over my arm was slightly burn from the hot wooden door I was trying to bang down… I nodded

“You fool…” Taehyun whisper and squeezes me tightly in his arms

“I was so worried when I didn’t see you…” Taehyun says holding me

I smiled and look at him… “I’m fine is everyone else okay?” I asked

“Yah… babo… you think you’re fine…ugh… *sigh* I’m happy you’re okay… everyone is fine no one was hurt seriously…” Taehyun replied

I smiled and looked over… his arm and hand was burnt and bloodly… it must have been when he came to save me… I looked concern and gently wipe the blood with my sleeve. Taehyun grabs my hand…

“You’re hurt…” I said concern

“It’s not a big deal…” he said and set me down

“But…” I said trying to pull his hand forward

His arm was brunt and bloody and he was cover in ash… I looked at his hands they were also bruise. It looked painful but through all of it Taehyun didn’t seem to care he looked more relieved to see me… I felt really grateful and happy that before I knew it, I threw my arms around him and kissed him!!! His ear turns red and looked surprise. I was surprise that he was blushing since he was always coming on to me.

“W-what this for…” He said surprise stepping back

“I’m just really grateful…” I blush now realizing what I did

The eat wing was burn and soon had to be repaired, no one knew how the fire started and spread so fast but… I was really happy that Taehyun and I were talking again… we had a temporary room set up at the west wing now and most things that I initial brought or was taken with me from Japan was burn to crisp. Taehyun had order all new things and got everything set up in the new room. It didn’t really matter anymore those trivial things… I wasn’t sure why…

The next day I was lying in bed sleeping… I felt someone over me so I woke up… it was Taehyun Oppa… I got up he was applying ointment on my burns on my arm… I didn’t say anything I just watch him… the shined on him and looking at him made me blush…

“Seungyoon’s family make the best ointment, this should almost heal the and there should be no scar…” Taehyun explained to me

I nodded… he’s been so nice lately that I’m confused… I keep waiting for him to say something silly or crazy… but this was… nice… it was a gentle side of him…

“Open up your leg alittle…” He suddenly said

“What!?” I exclaimed

My legs open my legs!!!?

“It’s just to apply to the bruise there, you idiot, you don’t have to turn all red.” Taehyun said and pointed to my thigh blushing also

“Oh…I knew that!!” I protest and open my leg slightly

I blush as he applied the ointment but it seem that he was turning redder by the second

“I’ll do my self!!” I exclaim and try to grab the ointment

“I’ll do it just stay still.” Taehyun says and raise the ointment high above his head so I couldn’t reach it and with one hand he pushes me back down to lay down again

I was lying down and Taehyun was sitting between my legs apply ointment on my thigh… omg…. Why am I so embarrassed!? He didn’t even look at me the whole time… clearly you could see his bright red face!!

“Umm… thank you for today… for taking care of me last night and today… and for saving me…” I said blushing

Taehyun looks up for a moment, “I didn’t do anything that you need to thank me for…” he said, “You even got hurt…” he said upset

“That’s not true… you helped me a lot!” I replied, “I’m only hurt alittle but if you didn’t come.. who know what would have happen to me by now… I mean it… thank you, really.”

He looks up and his expression softens up slightly… he smiled slightly… It’s been a while since I’ve seen him smile… he looked really handsome and happy… it was a small thing but seeing him smile made me really happy as well…

That night… I laid down and Taehyun across a couple feet away from me…

I guess that all my tension went away since Taehyun treated my wounds and I was finally able to fall asleep. Late into the night I got up to use the bathroom… I open the door and went to find the bathroom… Then I heard talking…who’s still up at this hour???

“What are you stilling doing… what are you so lax about all of this!” a man yelled

“You need to find out who started the fire and have evidence… I’m pretty sure we know who it was!” another yelled

I peeked in it was Taehyun… when did he get up??? Taehyun Oppa, Mino Oppa, Jinwoo Oppa, Seunghoon Oppa, and Seungyoon oppa were all sitting down talking… about the fire??? Taehyun didn’t answer them but look down…

“Alright stop it…” Seunghoon said to Mino and Seungyoon Oppa

“That’s right… everyone is safe and so is Momo-Chan.” Jinwoo Oppa said as well

“You think we can stay calm about this? You were lucky and so was Momo-Chan.” Mino yelled, “You are who everyone rely on and you know who’s behind this why don’t you get your act together and stop being so soft? To be honest… I really starting to lose faith in you…”

“Hyung…i-i…” Taehyun stuttered

“If it were me, I wouldn’t let him slip up like that.” Mino Oppa interrupted Taehyun

Why are they yelling so much at him! He saved everyone! No one was hurt and he saved me too! Why are they criticizing him so much!

“There could have been victims because of how sloppy you were.” Mino continued upset

“Mino!” Jinwoo Oppa yelled and glared at Mino trying to quell him

But Mino could fight his irritation and kept going on…

“Well its true isn’t it?!” Mino replied “I can’t believe that the head of the Nam family is someone who easygoing.”

“Hyung!” Taehyun replied and grabbed his collar

“Stop it you two! Mino that’s enough!” Seunghoon Oppa says and break then apart

“I don’t think he gets it.” Mino Oppa scoffs

“Taehyun feels bad and he’s already reflecting.” Seunghoon Oppa says trying to calm Mino Oppa

“I don’t even want to say anything right now… this is like waiting for something bad to happen.” Mino Oppa sighs

“I also hope that you take this into consideration and be careful and watch out for people more often…” Jinwoo Oppa says trying to cheer up Taehyun Oppa, “And please if you need anything we’re also here for you.”

“Jinwoo Hyung… I’m sorry…” Taehyun Oppa replies

“This happens because your too soft and nice to everyone…” Mino Oppa sighs still mad

“Say whatever you like… I know that you’re worried that’s why you’re so mad…” Jinwoo Oppa smiles and tease Mino Oppa

“I don’t!” Mino protested blushing

“Don;’t let yourself worry all on your own, we’re your friends after all…” Jinwoo Oppa smiled at Taehyun Oppa

“Thanks hyungs…” Taehyun replies grateful

“Alright! Meeting adjourned… it’s late… let’s all get some rest.” Seunghoon smiles

They all stand up to leave … omg… I gotta go otherwise they’ll see me!! I rush back to the room and hop in bed.

I lay down and… I thought… it’s not like anyone was hurt and I wasn’t either… I don’t see what they had to be so serious… and mad…I remember that Taehyun must felt pressure because of the position he’s in… but… with the position I’m in for him… I felt depressed… it must be burdensome because of me… I wonder who they were talking about that they think set the fire??? Just then Taehyun Oppa opens the door walks in and closes the door again… I shut my eyes pretending to sleep… Taehyun Oppa walked over and sat down next to me… is he looking at me??!

“You’re awake aren’t you?” he asked

I nodded and got up…

“Not as stubborn as usual today?” he asked blankly

“I’m not stubborn…” I replied

“What? Are you feeling bad about something?” Taehyun Oppa asked

How did he?! IS it written all over my face??!

“No… what make you say that!” I exclaimed

“It’s all over your face…” he chuckled slightly and pokes my forehead, “You overheard didn’t you?”

“I-i…” I stutter

“Don’t try to fool me… I could tell that you just got in…” he teased me

“I’m sorry… I didn’t plan on eavesdropping, it just sort of…happened…” I replied

“It doesn’t matter…” Taehyun Oppa replies softly, “Know that they’re mad because they care and I can see why also…”

“That’s not true! You save and protected everyone including me.” I said and grabbed his hand

“Barely…had “he said disappointed in himself as he sneers himself, “I’ve always been like this…careless… and useless… not suitable to be head like Jaesung Hyung…”

“That’s not true… it’s different…” I protested

Taehyun Oppa’s eyes widen with surprise and he let out a deep sigh.

“When we were younger… Jaesung hyung and I were really close to each other… Jaesung always said that he would become the head of the Nam family and I would be his right hand man… until…. We were told that no matter what Jaesung cannot be the head of the Nam family unless I die and leave no heir… so… since then Jaesung never talked to me again the same…” Taehyun explained

I had no idea that was why Jaesung Oppa and Taehyun Oppa were so awkward with each other…

“really… Jaesung… is more suitable to be head clan… he’s older it’s only because he’s my uncle son… “ Taehyun Oppa sighed, “You really should be Jaesung’s bride… not mine…”

“Taehyun…Oppa…” I said

“Even today… I’m proven useless…” Taehyun oppa laughes sadly, “I’m not cut out to be the head of the Nam family…”

I’ve never heard Taehyun Oppa talk about himself this way. It hurts to listen to, it’s sad because he’s not like that at all… I wish he could see…

“The fact that today everyone was fine is proof that you’re a nice person.” I exclaim

“I’m not nice… just soft like mino hyung said.” He replies, “ I can’t be firm so I’m weak…”

“Is that so bad?!” I asked, “Is being kind so bad? I think it’s an amazing thing.”

“I don’t need to feel kindness like that… as a leader… and a head… I should be strong… so people don’t get hurt…” Taehyun Oppa answered

“Why do you criticize yourself like that?” I asked worried and move my hand to his face

“Shut up!” he yelled and grabs my arm pushing me down as he lays over me, “Don’t talk like you know me! You think I’m nice!”

He rips my top off and expose my chest…

“No!!” I yell

He ignores me and kiss me aggressively and runs his hand down my pj pants.

“Ah!” I yell

He runs his lips down my chest. Everywhere he touched me felt like I was on fire. He wanted me so passionately; he’s never been like this… I really could resist him.

“*pant* *pant*” Taehyun Oppa panted passionately

He’s breathing was heavy and my heart raced as he kissed me. But in the middle of all of this pleasure I notice his expression… why… a tear fell down his face…

“Why are you so sad?” I asked and wipes his tear off his face

Taehyun Oppa had tears streaming down his face…

“Don’t cry…” I said to him

Taehyun Oppa gets off and leaves the room not saying anything to me… was he suffering so much inside… I never knew… I was left alone in that dark room… I felt so many things, it felt like my heart would burst out of my chest… I change and laid down again… that night Taehyun didn’t return… nor did I get any sleep…
