Ran Qing POV
Its finally time...
Today was the day I auditioned for SM Entertainment. It is my dream to become a kpop idol and i will make that happen.
Since i was young, I've always wanted to be an idol, and now, here i am. I breathed in a deep breath, and waited for them to call my name.
"Lee Ran Qing" Called put by the employ, it was finally my turn. I am extremely nervous, what if they don't like me? All the negatived thoughts came and i was panicking. i told myself to calm down, I can do it. You see, i was never the type of person who would do auditions and sing in front of people. I'm known as the ant social type of person, quiet and shy, and have a major stage fright problem. Only this time, my friends convinced me to come, so i came.
I went onto the stage, and holding the mic which the employee gave me. I didn't Korean too well, so i needed a translator helper to help me. The music came on and i started to sing my heart out.
"Thank You, introduce yourself" said one of the judges
"Hi, my name is Lee Ran Qing, nice to meet you. I'm 16 years old and I'm from America" I said
"That performance was the best I've heard all day. Finally, someone with a good singing voice" another judge said with an approving look.
"Thank you!" yes, someone liked my performance
"You pass" I was crying tears of joy. This was the first time i auditioned for something and they liked it. I am very emotional person.
--Time Skip--
"From now on, you will learn dancing, and singing, but there's a trick. Only two groups can debut. Your job is to form a group with someone, or you can be by yourselves, but that would be an disadvantage. Only the 2 groups with the highest likes from the audience, world wide, can debut and become a part of SM Entertainment. Good luck, you have one month to train and find a group"
I'm so nervous, what if don't find a group. I cant say that i suck at dancing, but i didn't say i was good at it either. Wha if i epic ally fail! i need to calm down.
--Later that night--
I want to call my cousin, after all, she was the one who supported me the most. With an public laptop located in a cafe, i signed in to skype and contacted her. She was in china with her family right now, i wonder how she's doing. Then, the beeping stopped.
"Hi Ran Qing!" Said my cousin Liu Kuei in Chinese"How did you do, did you pass?"
"Yes! I'm so happy, but there's another round, and i need to form a group, I'm not good with conversating with people, what if i end up alone?" i said with worry in my voice
"Its ok, just relax, im sure you will find someone. I need to go, my moms calling me, Byzz"
"Bye"
How am i suppose to find group members. I waled out of the cafe deeply in thought. then i bumped into someone and landed on my butt.
"I'm soo sorry, i didn't meet to bump into you!!" I said
"its okay, i should be the one to say sorry right now! I'm Kim Eun-Kyung! This person beside me is Park Hei-Ran. wait i remember you, your that girl earlier in the audition that past with good comments! Since we are missing a member, would you like to join our group?" Eun-kyung said lucky in English
"Really! Do you mean it? I can join your group?" I replied with excitement
"Of course, why would i be kidding?"
"Thank you so much!!"
"No prob"
"Now lets go back to our dorm with the rest of the passing member. Its been a long day, have a good rest" said Hei-Ran tiredly. I almost forgot she was there since she was so quiet
