The day of the Music choice, all the K-pop artists and groups began preparing and practicing excited but Hyeri was even more excited to find Yunho and confess her feelings. She walked over to TVQX waiting room and opens the door.

Surprised to find either of them was there, they had already left to go do their practice run on stage. Hyeri rushed over to the backstage area and waits, while Yunho and Changmin wrap up their practice, she smiled looking at how hardworking they were. Then she noticed Gyuri suddenly standing next to her.

“Gyuri…unnie...” Hyeri said turning and looking at her

“He shines on stage, doesn’t he…” Gyuri said to Hyeri looking at Yunho

“Gyuri Unnie… I don’t hate you… I want to help you… tell me what’s going on or why you’re like this?” Hyeri asked Gyuri concerned

“You’re just like him… maybe that’s why I envy you even more… you and Yunho… something about you two is so alike, I love it and hate it… why would you not hate me? Why would you help me, what makes you think you can!” Gyuri replied slightly angry

“because… you said it yourself, you said that if we could be friends…” Hyeri said and walked closer to Gyuri

“But we can’t be friends because I am tainted and I can’t be saved, it’s too late and you should just hurry up and learn your lesson life isn’t all rainbows and unicorns like you think!” Gyuri exclaim furious

“Gyuri Unnie… I… value you as a friend, I just want to help you…” Hyeri said

“That’s what everyone says but when it comes down to it… I know all to well that no one this true to their words.” Gyuri said coldly

Hyeri and Gyuri stood silence and looked at each other, Yunho and Changmin got off stage still haven’t notice either Hyeri nor Gyuri as they walked back to the waiting room, as Gyuri went to follow them Hyeri pulled Gyuri’s arm and Gyuri looked back angry at Hyeri then…

***BANG*** Gunshots echoed the room as people scurried and ran screaming

Hyeri grabbed Gyuri hand and pulled her under the stage to hide. Yunho and Changmin ducked low to the seats. From the main entrance Hong enter with guns loaded in both hands and two more at his waist.

“GYURI!!!! COME OUT!!!” He yelled and laughed eccentrically with craze

Gyuri shocked. Hyeri eyes widen and cover Gyuri’s mouth and silently shook her head telling Gyuri not to step out.

“IF I CAN”T HAVE YOU NO ONE CAN, WE CAN BE TOGETHER WHEN WE DIE!!!!!!! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!” He burst out laughing with madness in his eyes.

Hyeri looked at Gyuri who was clearly scared. Hyeri held Gyuri hand and signal her to follow… Hyeri and Gyuri got into a dressing room near backstage. Hyeri locked the door Gyuri is shaken up.

“He’s going to kill me… I guess this is the end…” Gyuri said hopelessly

“No it’s not... don’t say that.” Hyeri said back to her

“I deserves this anyways… I do any I don’t…” Gyuri said and her eyes pooled with tears as she slumped down to the floor

“What happened?” Hyeri asked rushed over and hugged her

“Since I’m going to die anyways… I might as well tell you… Back before Kara Debuted… we had a manager, Jun Soo, he was so kind and everyone said he was a genius and Kara would be a sensation. During that time… there was also another trainee, her name was Tae Hee, and she was to be the leader of Kara, she and I grew up together… we were best friends… training was harsh but with Tae Hee, it was always fun…” Gyuri smiled remembering that moment

“Then what happened? You had one of the best managers, your best friend with you living your dream?” Hyeri asked

“I fell in love… I met Yunho right after TVXQ debut, and I met the TVXQ manager, Sung Ho, he was young for a manager but so kind… it felt like we were meant to be… I was so happy… I was ready to debut, my best friend with me living my dream, and I was in love… who knew that all thing was just false hope…” Gyuri sighed as tears fell from her face

Hyeri felt hurt watching Gyuri cried because Gyuri always seem like a person who was so strong, Hyeri’s tears fell watching Gyuri… not knowing what happened she felt worse..

“Right after we debuted… I was to go out on a date with Sung Ho after Kara’s debut party ended… that night I went to wait for Sung Ho, I was going to spend my first night ever with anyone with the man I loved but… as I waited, no one came, I went out to look for him and found him in Tae Hee’s arms…” Gyuri said as tears rolled out

“Unnie…” Hyeri said soft not sure how to console her

“After I found out I was devastated and went to find the other member… but our manager, Jun Soo suddenly called me to sit down and talk… and then.. he… rape me…” Gyuri said serious with her eyes widen still remembering the horror of that night

“Unnie….” Hyeri said shocked and held her tightly

“Yunho found me that night but he was too late… and he’s only been with me since because he feels obligated… he doesn’t love me…” Gyuri continued, “Don’t pity me… I deserved this after what I did to you…” Gyuri laughed sadly

“Don’t say that…” Hyeri hushed her

“You’re not like me though… you have someone who loves you to never betray you… Yunho…. That night… you saw us… nothing happened, Yunho refused my advances… he always had because he doesn’t know it but he doesn’t love me… he doesn’t even know that he loves you…” Gyuri smiled at Hyeri, both with eyes filled with tears…

Suddenly thru the speakers in the building they heard a laughed echoing

“Gyuri… Gyuri!!! GYURI!!!! COME OUT!! I HAVE SOMEONE here!!! “ Hong laughed thru the speaker

“Unnie!!!! DON’T come out!!!” she heard the other KARA members yelling

Gyuri’s eyes widen as she looked at Hyeri.

“Come out to the main stage or I’ll starter to shot one by ONE!!!” he laughed

Gyuri got up and unlocked the door, Hyeri stood up and pulled her back.

“He’ll kill you!” Hyeri exclaimed

“It doesn’t matter… funny thing is I truly care for those girls… even though they don’t know” Gyuri laughes and runs out

Hyeri runs after her. Gyuri get up on the stage to see Hong there with the Kara members kneeling to his left. Yunho and Changmin in the aisle see everything going on. Yunho slowly gets up and walks toward Gyuri.

“I’m here let everyone go!” Gyuri yells

“Leave us!” Hong yells and shoot a bulled into the air.

“UNNIE!” the kara members cried

“I’m okay just go.” Gyuri assured them as they back up and slowly left.

Yunho inching up the stage, Hong points his gun at Yunho, and yells, “Stay where you are!” Yunho stops still feets from Gyuri.

“It’s okay Yunho, don’t come closer.” Gyuri said

“Gyuri… Gyuri… every things gone my life, my wife my kids… and now you… it’s time for us to be together forever!” Hong laughed… and shot the gun *bang*

Gyuri closed her eyes tightly but… when she opened them, she saw… Hyeri facing her panting, blood seeped through her shirt…

“A-are you okay? Unnie…” Hyeri said with a smiled and fell onto her.

“Why? WHY? Why? YOU BABO!? WHY? I tried to kill you before, I.. I… I…” Gyuri cried holding Hyeri

“Because we’re friends” Hyeri smiled as her eyes slowly closed

“Don’t sleep! DON’T SLEEP!” Gyuri yelled and cover her hand over Hyeri’s wound

Just then Hong laughed again and aimed again towards Hyeri’s head and said, “I want you to feel how it’s like to have someone leave you.”

Just then Yunho grabbed and tackled his chest. Changmin rushed up and disarmed him. Hong was restrained finally.

“Unnie… are we friends?” Hyeri asked with a weak smile

“Yes. We are! We’re the best friends!” Gyuri cried

“Heehee… I’m glad then…” Hyeri giggled cough blood slightly beginning to past out

“Don’t sleep… stay with me…” Gyuri said trying to keep Hyeri awake

“It’s okay… Unnie… I saved you… right..” Hyeri smiled and touched Gyuri cheek, Gyuri cried and nodded then Hyeri passed out her hand dropped to the floor.

“SOMEBODY HELP!!!!” Gyuri yelled
