One Shot to Success (B.A.P)
Chapter 4
~2 weeks later~
***JiHae’s P.O.V***
“WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT PAUSING IN BETWEEN PUSH-UPS?! DO YOU EVEN LISTEN TO ME YOUNG MAN?! START OVER! NOW!!” screamed Mrs. Bossy. Have you tried making 500 push-ups without stopping? No? Then you won’t be able to understand my suffering. I know how to make perfect push-ups, but 500 of them without stopping, one per second with a stopwatch in the trainer's hand, is NOT POSSIBLE! I just can’t wait for the day when she suffers from her own drills.
“YOU ARE ONE SECOND LATE, MISTER! PICK UP THE PACE! ONE, TWO, ONE, TWO!! MOVE THOSE FLIMSY ARMS!” Someone, anyone, just save me from this she-devil! Just then, someone entered the room saying that the CEO wanted to see me. My trainer wasn’t real happy to hear that, but she let me go nevertheless. So, the man who came pick me up and me started a little conversation, and guess what? His name was Mr. Kang! Also, he’s so young he could be my long lost brother or something, which was perfectly possible for we had the same family name. We got into an elevator together and he pressed the 7th floor button, since that was the floor on which the CEO’s office is.
A bell rung as the elevator came to halt and opened it’s door. I let Mr. Kang exit first as we went towards the left corridor where our boss awaited us. We knocked on the door thrice before we heard a faint voice granting us the permission to enter the room.
"Ah, Mr. Kang and Mr. Kang. You both arrived. Please sit down." As the CEO said, we sat on the comfortable chairs that we're placed in front of his desk. I have to admit, I was feeling pretty stressed out. I've only come here once and I knew by then what that meeting was for, but now, everything was different. I was all of a sudden called out of training by a man of my family name and was told that the president wanted to see me. Boy, was I stressed out! What if I wasn't training hard enough and he wanted to send me home? What if I was going to be scolded because my trainer actually told on me, keeping her word and a grudge against me? All these 'what if's were making my head turn.
There was a deafening silence circulating around the room and only the faint buzzing sound from the electricity running could be heard. Suddenly, the CEO straightened his back and looked at me with his piercing eyes.
"JiHae, do you know why I called you?" he asked me, keeping his poker face on. I shook my head from left to right, showing that I had no clue to why I was summoned. "Remember when you first came here and I told you that I would like to put you in an already debuted group as soon as 3 months or less?" I nodded. "Well, I decided that I shall make you debut now. Your new members should be here any moment now, aren't they, Mr. Kang?" he told me while asking Mr. Kang the last part. Being the slow person I usually am, it took me awhile before I woke up from my daydream and properly reacted to the sudden news.
On the outside, I looked perfectly calm, but on the inside, there were fireworks exploding everywhere and a parade was celebrating my early debut announcement. I was so focused on my little inner party that I didn't hear what the two men were talking about and failed to notice the new people in the room. That is until I felt someone back hug me.
"JiHae-ya~" said the familiar low voice of Coffee Shop-dude (whose name I later found out to be Himchan). Someone please save me from this overconfident overprotective narcissistic man. Even though he is my friend, he tends to be a little too sticky. Whenever he sees me, he just starts with the skinship saying that 'us beautiful people must stick together at all possible time'. "What are you doing here? Are you being punished for being too beautiful like us? Though I doubt these guys are as beautiful as me," he joked followed by a pedophile-like wink. As I said earlier, SOMEONE MUST SAVE ME!
"Channie, let go of the poor kid, you're freaking him out," said someone who was around his height but who had a lower voice than the human life-sucking leech that was still hanging on my wriggling self. As I was mentally kissing my savior's feet, Mr. Kang said something that both pleased and horrified me.
"Boys, this is the new member and maknae of B.A.P that I wanted to present to you. JiHae, these are your new band members."
All I saw at that moment were Himchan's eyes sparkle with joy as a Cheshire Cat-like smile made it's way on his already beaming face. Zelo, unlike Mr. Leech, was showing his joy by jumping up and down like a little child. From the day I met this kid to now, he has remained the same cute and childish person that I've learned to befriend. The baritone-voiced man came forward towards me with his hand stretched out for a handshake and friendly tap on the back. The three others in back were just staring at me with curious eyes. I wonder what they're thinking about...
They all introduced themselves as we walked towards their dorm, or should I say our dorm. Suddenly, Daehyun hyung asked me one of the randomest questions he could've possibly asked me.
"Can you make cheesecakes?" I have three words for you, buddy: what the heck. Seeing my 'why-the-heck-are-you-asking-me-that' face, Youngjae explained that it's his favorite food and that it's been a while since he last had some good homemade cheesecake.
"Sure, I guess. I guess my cooking isn't that bad, but every person has different tastes, so we just have to wait and find out," I responded, hoping it was enough of an answer.
We finally arrived at the little dorm and they brought me and my things to my room, which just happened to be with Zelo... and Himchan. Out of all the people to bunk with, it just had to be with the human glue stick. I should start mentally preparing myself for the torture that awaits me in this room.

This is my last update before I go to Cuba... for two weeks... in a place with no Wi-Fi... D':Sorry this update is pretty short compared to the others but I need to go to bed pretty early because my plane leaves tomorrow at 4 am. Ugh. At least I have my mp3 to keep me company! Oh, and happy New Year! Bye!! <3

I usually keep plugging on this method of chapter installments, then when it's all done, I then go back and rewrite it and post it to another site. And vice versa. Like a rough draft & final draft. But do what your heart tells you to.
