SEULMI’S POV

I succeeded in escaping out. I ran into a nearby small crowded market. I saw him following me. I could feel the intense heat my body was emitting. I started sweating and panting. I went to a lady’s section, where he cant follow me.
“Um… excuse me… can I use your cell phone? I need to call someone … its urgent.” I asked a lady who was leaving.
She gave me a cold look and ignored what I said. Before she could leave, I tightly grabbed her hand with my sweaty hand. A tear probably fell down on purpose, to make the lady do what I asked for.
“Ok…. But hurry up.” She gave me her cell phone.

N oppa once told me to memorize all the VIXX members’ contact numbers in case if I can’t contact him.
I only memorized Ken oppa and Ravi oppa’s numbers. I thanked God for the day I memorized their numbers.

I quickly dialed Ravi oppa’s number.
He picked up. “Yoboseyo??”
“Wonshik oppa???” I used his real name as the lady was keeping an eye on me. “I am Seulmi…” He was definitely startled. He asked me where I was and I told him the location. I asked him to hurry up as I was really alone and didn’t want my efforts to go in vain.

RAVI’S POV

I came to the market which was surprisingly near BAP’ s dorm which increased my suspicion on Himchan hyung. I saw Seulmi come out of the lady’s section. She carefully looked around and I reached him. I hid my face behind a black mask and covered my head with a black beanie cap, to avoid people.
“Oppa…”She whispered and held my arm with full force. “Himchan’s still here… plz take me out without him noticing us.” I knew she was holding back tears of fear. So, Himchan hyung really kidnapped her…. But how could he do that??!!

I hid her behind me and took her out of the market into a car I brought. She sat at the front with me.
I started driving. “Seulmi…. H-how is Himchan hyung involved in this?” I asked and looked her way.
“o-oppa…. Just don’t tell N oppa about anything… take me to another place…… i-I cant show this condition-ion of mine to him.” She started weeping. To my extreme shock, I saw a bite on the side of her neck which was somewhat still red.
“W-what condition?” I asked.
She roughly wiped away her tears.
“look …. You can trust me.” I assured her.
She leaned back into her seat and closed her eyes. She wasnt willing to tell me anything. I took a turn to the hospital.

“Why are we here???” Seulmi glared at me.
“you gotta trust me…” I looked into her eyes and frowned a bit which made her even more tensed. “I saw a bite mark on your neck, which seems a bit more harsh.”
She looked at me with protruded eyes. “I’ll ---- let me explain.” She tried to convince me but I grabbed her hand and took her inside the doctor’s room for examination.

“Sir…” The doctor pointed me out while Seulmi was sitting near me, looking down at her lap with closed fists. “She had the same marks over other body parts as well, according to what the nurse told me. Some of the bruises were really deep, it cant be human but cant be an animal doing this.” He said.
“Then? Then what?” I asked.
“Seulmi… was that a person? Right? Playing vampire with you?” The doctor asked Seulmi.
I slowly turned my astonished gaze towards her. VAMPIRE????? But I thought they don’t exist. I looked back at the doctor. Seulmi remained quiet.
The doctor perhaps read my mind and smiled. “You wont believe this but… it’s the only possibility, the girl’s even silent too. Some people can behave like vampires, the ones suffering from ….. what was it?? uh… ye… hematodipsia…. Sexual thirst of blood. It happens. There was another case but the girl reported at the first time her boyfriend treated her like that. I wonder why she remained silent.” The doctor sighed. “I’ve written some prescriptions. Take good care of her health.”
“Thank you so much.” I shook hands with him and we left.

“Where are we?” Seulmi asked as I stopped in front of my house.
I didn’t spoke out a single word. I rang the bell of the house.
“I wont enter until you tell me!” She grabbed my hand.
“Its my house. You’ll be staying here until I settle things down.” I replied harshly and my younger sister opened the door.
“Oppa??” Jiwon almost screamed and hugged me. “What a surprise! But why at this time?” She asked as it was 11pm.
I hugged her back. “Jiwon-ah… when will umma appa be back?” I asked.
“2,3 days later.” She smiled. “Who is that girl?” She whispered to me, and then a smirk appeared on her lips.
“Don’t misunderstand, and let us in.” I said and she made a way to let us enter. Seulmi bowed to her.
“Jiwon-ah… she’ll be staying in my room until umma, appa come back and you’ll be taking care of her.” I told Jiwon.
“But who is she?” she again inquired. “And why your room?”
“Just do as I say.” I said. “Seulmi? Introduce yourself.” I asked Seulmi.
“Ye…. I am Seulmi.” She said. “I am Hakyeon’s younger sister.” Seulmi continued.
“Oh wao… Seulmi…” Jiwon smiled. “But I still don’t get why is she here?” She asked me.
“First show her the room, I’ll tell you after that…. Then I gotta go.” I told her.
“Wait… Ravi oppa??? Can I talk to you just a minute?” Selumi asked and I signaled Jiwon to leave.
“Ye?” I asked.
“Don’t ignore me like that!” She started sobbing. “I have no one right now, except you…” She rubbed her teary eyes.
“Seulmi….” I grabbed her hands which were constantly rubbing her eyes. “Stop it… it’ll hurt your eyes; and …… and I have no right to be angry at you… don’t worry, everything will be alright.” I assured her.
“Oppa… you’re the best.” She hurriedly embraced me. “Thank you so so much… please settle this down as soon as possible.”
“Ah… ok Seulmi… Jiwon will misunderstand…” I blushed and she parted.
“Oh… sorry.” She wiped her eyes again. “Will you tell everything? to Jiwon-si?” She asked.
“Don’t worry. I’ll only tell her what’s necessary.” I smiled and she smiled back.
