The Thirteenth Force

It was our second day in LA, thankfully the boys have not figured out that this was not the first time I had been here. I have been planning and re planning what to do and how to keep my past a secret from twelve boys. I am a planner, my life, my past demanded that I be so.

Our first night here I had mapped out the entire house in my head. I knew every exit. Every window. Every room. My entire room was full of traps, cameras and sensors. I had rigged the house with cameras too. I had guns, knives and other weapons hiding around the house, I had to hid them so the boys wouldn't accidentally find them. Plus I also have at least on gun and several knives hidden on my person. I lived a very dangerous life and I hope that life didn't fall on to the boys too but they were part of the thirteen forces it won't be helped but at least I could do my best to hold it back.

For the Tree of Life to be brought back our bonds would have to be strengthen. So I figured to work on my bonds with them I would spend some one on one time with them but who to start with? Than I got an idea, writing their names on pieces of paper I mixed them in a hat and pulled out a name.

Kris. Kris would be the first I hanged out with. He was the force of Flight. I walked downstairs to find Kris playing Basketball.

"Hey Kris!" I called

"Sup?" he said grabbing the ball

"I was wondering if we could go on a walk and explore the night life of LA." I told

"That sounds like fun." he said with a smile

We were walking around LA, laughing and talking. We had hot dogs in our hands when two guys appeared before us. I recognized them. They were part of an organization determined to kill the forces.

"Kris we need to leave now." I growled
"What's going on?" he asked sensing we were in danger

"Now is not the time." I said pulling out my gun

"Dannica shame on you for not telling." said one of the dudes

I fired and like lightning he moved. Damn.

Kris grabbed my arm and we flew to the top of the building.

"When we get back you have explaining to do." he said

"I know." I said with a sigh

He flew us back, me dreading the truth I now have to tell them.
