AT HOSPITAL
Noah woke up and found her on the hospital bed. Her eyes felt heavy. She could see Jessica and Byunghun talking about something. She wasn’t sure if they were really them, cuz she wasn’t able to open her eyes well.
“That possibly can’t be Jessica unnie.” She thought.
Byunghun saw her come to senses. He went near her bed.
“Are you alright now?” He asked.
“I can’t open my eyes properly. They are so heavy. Just tell me is that unnie?” She asked.
“Ye…”
“But didn’t she----“
“Noah… she said her umma’s last wish was to make a good future for you. So, she can’t leave you alone like this. That was her natural reaction before.”
“But….”
“I think she understands, perhaps. She said she has to take responsibility of the disease so that no further infection could kill another person.”
“I am feeling guilty.” She murmured.
“It wasn’t your fault. And Dr. Misook was old. Her immune system wasnt strong enough to fight back the virus."
“You should also be careful.” She looked at Byunghun. “And didn’t she tell you to stay away from me?”
“I did.” Jessica came and stood there while folding her arms and glared at Noah.
“I won’t stay away from her.” Byunghun stared at Noah. “Rather…” He looked back at Jessica. “I can’t.”
“Look kid… I can’t handle 3 patients.”
Byunghun and Noah glared at her with confused looks.
“Ah… I mean 2…. I can’t…. So, Byunghun I warn you.”
Byunghun made a really annoyed face.
“Now go…” She pointed towards the door and Byunghun left the room angrily.
“Noah…. If I didn’t break my ties with you, it doesn’t mean that I forgave you! You did something really irresponsible.”
She remained silent with a gloomy look.
“Ah… and don’t shed anymore tears. You eye-lids are already swollen.”
“So, I should really have isolated myself from the beginning.” Noah said sadly.
“Didn’t I tell you… there is a rule in biological evolution? ‘Survival of the fittest’. You are not the fittest. So, you are rejected by the nature but still you survived because of my umma’s intense care and medical facilities. But… she then died of the same disease. Before she died… she was just concerned about how will you live on without her. I have to respect her last wish. That is the reason you are here in front of me. Yesterday I couldn’t control my feelings. That’s why I told you to cut all ties between us.” She sighed.
Noah tried hard to gulp back her tears. It was just hurting her swollen eye lids even more. She could actually feel her heart’s shrieks.

Kevin was waiting at a restaurant for somebody. A young tall man arrived and sat on the table with Kevin.
“So, whats the matter?” He asked rudely.
“I need your help Eli.” Kevin said.
Eli smirked. “After all what happened between us… you’re still relying on me!” He said.
Kevin stared at the table. “If you care about Byunghun, you should listen to this. He’s literally playing with his life. We need to stop him.” He looked at Eli.

NEXT DAY
“Noah…” Byunghun found her sitting on the bench near the soccer field.
Noah didn’t respond and kept on glaring at the papers in her hands.
He came and sat there with her. “Hey… how are you feeling now….Oh…. look the swelling is all gone.” He tried to act friendly despite knowing that she wasn’t responding well.
“Hm…” She nodded.
“Noah…. Look at me.”
She looked at him.
“Ah not like that….. why are you ignoring me?”
“Didn’t you get it?” She mumbled.
“NO………. and I won’t ever get it. I love you and can’t get over it. And I don’t care about the circumstances you are facing.”
“Ok … don’t think about yourself but atleast think of your umma and dongsaengs. Am I more important than them? You’ll have to isolate yourself in order to be with me. Will you be able to do that?”
“I’ve thought about it. After fulfilling my duties as a son and a brother, I’ll marry you.” He said.
Noah chuckled. “Really?” She asked.
“Can we take a walk?” He asked and she didn’t refuse. She folded her materials and got up. They started taking walk along the road side.
“Well, I know everything about you… so, I need to tell you about myself. I know you must be curious about my friendship with Kevin.” He looked at her.

Just wanted to share a recent pic of the guy i am writing this fan fic about. Adorable as always. I wish he could show more of his manly sides in his pics but to my dismay, i always get to see his cuter side. That is why i am writing this fan fic, where he acts more manly, as a bad boy :P
