“Byunghun?” Kevin called him from a distance in the corridor in front of their classes.
Byunghun turned around and looked at him. Kevin proceeded and reached him.
“What?” Byunghun replied rudely.
“I am sorry. I realized my mistake. I want to meet her in your presence and know about the disease and its precautions.”
Byunghun stared at him. “Kevin…. Did any symptoms appear?” He asked worriedly.
“Not yet…” The expert liar lied again.
“Thanks God…” byunghun whispered.
“I thought you were angry with me and would like to kill. Why are you relieved to hear that?”
Byunghun smiled and patted him on his shoulder. “It’s not because of you. It’s because I might have a chance. And Noah won’t feel stressed because of you.”
“So, can I meet her?” Kevin asked.
“If she approves.”
“Inform me if she does.”
“ne…” Byunghun turned around and left.
“is he mad??? How can he think of having a chance with a girl like her… urgh….” Kevin thought and went to the opposite direction.
“KEVIN??” A girl called him from behind.
He turned around and saw Bomi coming towards him. Bomi came closer to him.
“Kevin?”
“What?” He said politely but as if he was irritated.
“You don’t look good.”
“Just leave me alone.”
Bomi grabbed his arm. “Kevin… you really like that Swedish girl?”
“Well basically she’s a Korean and who told you that I like her?”
“I asked Noah and she said she has no interest in you. So,……” She paused and Kevin waited for her to complete the sentence although he already knew what she wanted to say.
“So,…….. ummm… lets get back together and let her be with Byunghun.”
Kevin stared at her. “So, you did some good research.”
“Jebal….”
Kevin pulled his arm away from her grip. “Don’t-irritate me….” He stared at her again with lust and left.
She just watched him from behind. “You’re a professional liar….. I am stupid to still believe what you used to say to me…. I want to hear that again… one more time but……. I think it will be Noah to hear it next and another girl after her and another……..” She sighed with teary eyes.

The next day Noah came to the playground where she lost her cell phone. Byunghun asked her to come there. She sat on the swing and grabbed its rope from both sides. She looked around. It was a cloudy and windy day and an off day which was a plus. She stared at the area where Kevin fell over her accidently and her cell came out of her pocket. Her beautiful moment suddenly ruined. All of a sudden, she saw Byunghun and got up from the swing to go to him but behind him was Kevin. She stood still watching the two boys coming over.
“Annyahaseo….” Byunghun greeted Noah and she bowed slightly. Byunghun walked forward towards her and stood beside her. “Now, talk.” Byunghun said.
Kevin looked straight in their direction. “Noah…..”
Noah slid behind Byunghun, hiding herself behind him.
Kevin’s heart felt injured and damaged. He gulped and placed his hands in his pocket. “I apologize for everything. I’ll meet that doctor when she comes back. Please take care of me until then.”
Noah nodded slightly while looking at the ground.
“You know… if I had known that Byunghun likes you I would have….” Kevin got interrupted.
“Kevin…….” Byunghun stared at him. “Think before what you say. We are just close friends.” Byunghun clarified.
Noah turned her eyes towards him. “Thankgoodness.” That’s what her mind said but her heart was telling the completely opposite story. Her heart got stabbed by his words. She returned her gaze towards the ground.
“Uh…. Still…. I am really sorry.”
“Its alright. I’ll inform…….” She looked at Byunghun. “I’ll inform …B-byunghoon…..” She then looked at Kevin. “If something comes up……… or you inform him.”
“Lets go now….” Byunghun grabbed her hand.
She tried to pull her hand away but his strength didn’t allow her. “Leave my hand. What are you doing?” She asked as she was hesitant of any physical contact.
Byunghun stopped and looked back. Then he leaned a bit lower and placed his cold index finger on her warm lips. “Ssshhhh….” Chill went down her whole body and her heart started skipping loud beats.
He pulled her hand and they left.
“Wah… Byunghun-ssi……….. what a duffer you are….. You never fell hard for a girl and when you did….huh…. she is terminally ill.” He smiled as it confused him. “Your taste is pathetic like your bit**.” Kevin commented on the situation and took his own way to his home.
Apparently he was following Noah and Byunghun as they were going to the same direction.
“He’s following us…” Noah said worriedly and leaned closer towards Byunghun.
Byunghun chuckled lightly and blushed. “His house is this way as well, but... before your apartment.”
“Oh ye… he once told me, I think.”
“Noah….. how did you know Kevin?”
“I met him in Stockholm when my cat scratched me really deep.”
“And you wanted to kill it?” Byunghun squinted his eyes.
“Oh… so he told you.” She said.
“Ye, he told me that a girl was trying to kill her cat. I thought he was making up stories….. Noah…..”
“Um?”
“What Kevin said now…….uh…..”
“Don’t worry. I know he’s a professional liar. I still don’t believe him whatever he says. He apologized to me but I hope it’s not another plan plotted against me." Byunghun couldn’t help but chuckle again.
“Now what?” She asked and their eyes met. Both of them diverted the direction of their eyes.
“Uhh….” Byunghun wasn’t capable of stopping his fast and rapid heartbeat, as well as his heated body.
“Will you release my hand?” She asked.
“Ani…” He said while looking at the front.
She turned her face towards him and stared at him. “Are you doing it to show it to him?” She mumbled.
“Ani…” He replied simply. “I am doing it for me.” He said.
She again looked away and hid her face with her other free hand. Kevin took a turn to the side towards his home. Byunghun dropped her to her apartment and left. She sat on the chair. “Uff… living is difficult like this. I hope I had met Byunhyun in different circumstances.” She closed her eyes and thought of the situation where everything was normal. No boundaries between healthy and ill persons. She sighed and sighed again in despair.

Her cell rang. She stared at the number.
“Yobo-seo…..”
“Its Kevin… I saved your number when I had your cell phone....................... But don’t hang up….”
Noah didn’t say anything.
“Well, I am really sorry but I called you to tell that if I have any problem, I’ll talk to you directly…………………………………………… I am sorry, really. Ah, and one more thing, I said some stupid thing that Byunghun likes you, just forget it.”
“Don’t worry about that…. I know how well you lie. I didn’t believe it from the start.” She replied bluntly and rudely.
“Bit**………” He clenched his teeth. “Well, yeah ….. How can he fall for a seriously ill girl?” He taunted.

Noah hung up angrily. She frowned. “What does he think he is…………. Even after being punished twice. What an attitude!” She said and heard someone sneeze outside. She walked towards her door and opened it.
