5 Months Is All It Takes...

After the weekend was over, it was back to reality and Jenny had to focused on finals and such so did Mark too. Jenny and Mark took their final exams the first of [December] and was on their way to graduate. A week later, Jenny, Mark, Caroline, and Peter all graduated University and were moving on with Christmas break. The four earned their degree. Jenny, Caroline, Peter graduated with a PHD in Biochemistry MD. Mark graduated with Business Marketing Management. They spent Christmas break celebrating graduation and Christmas of course. On the week of Christmas, everyone helped Jenny put up Christmas decorations around the house since it was a yearly tradition for Jenny, Caroline, and Peter. Also, Minho and Hyun Suk called saying that they will come back to LA for the holidays and come by to pick up the guys while they were at it. During that same week, everyone went Christmas shopping for everyone and wrapped them to put under the tree. It was finally Christmas time with GOT7, their managers, Caroline, and Peter. Each of them got each other presents and put them under the tree before the holidays. On the morning of Christmas, Jenny had woken up early to make Christmas breakfast. Jenny made American breakfast combined with turkey, pumpkin and apple pie. Of course, Caroline and Peter came to help out in the early morning. While the three of them were cooking, Minho and Hyun Suk walked into the door greeting the three and they welcomed them back from Korea. After finishing up the breakfast, Caroline, Peter, Hyun Suk, Minho set the table while Jenny went upstairs to wake up the guys. They all came down into the dining room to have breakfast. When the members came downstairs, they were surprised to see Minho and Hyun Suk back and greeted them back. And then headed to the dining room to have Christmas breakfast together. The dining room was only used for special occasions and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years when Jenny has people over at her house. After eating breakfast together, everyone helped clean up the kitchen and headed to the living room where the Christmas tree was and gathered around there. GOT7 and their managers were already in the living room while Caroline, Peter, and Jenny was still in the kitchen still finishing up cleaning. After they finished, they stood there to talk for a little while before leaving. Then Jay appeared after a month of not seeing her. Jenny told Caroline and Peter to go into the living first while Jenny and Jay stood outside her backyard to talk for a little while. (*Notice that Jenny’s cell phone is in her cardigan pocket)

Yoojung : Hyunwoo-ah.
Hyunwoo : Yoojung.
Yoojung : Merry Christmas Oppa.
Hyunwoo (*smiles & says) : Merry Christmas to you too.
Hyunwoo : i wish i can be here to celebrate with you all,
Hyunwoo : but i have to leave as soon as i complete one last mission.
Yoojung (*confused & asks) : what is that ?
Yoojung (*cell phone rings & takes it out to answer it) : Hello ?
JYP : Lee Yoojung ? Jenny Lee ?
Yoojung : yes, im her. who is this ?
JYP : JYP from JYP Entertainment.
Yoojung : Ahh, yes.
JYP : i just wanted to tell you that all of the paper work is filled out.
JYP : the company is already in placed.
JYP : we have changed the name to JYP LA.
JYP : you are the co-founder of it as well as me too.
Yoojung : i couldnt ask you to do that sir.
JYP : you helped with everything and i know that Hyunwoo would want that for you,
JYP : me and him.
Yoojung : then, thank you very much.
JYP : also.
JYP : a little birdie told me that you needed a space
JYP : to open up your own hospital in Korea.
Yoojung : thats right. how did you know that ?
JYP : lets just say i have the connections.
JYP : A friend of mine is putting his hospital up for sale,
JYP : but he is afraid to loose his employees.
JYP : i told him about you and he is in LA for the next week or so.
JYP : i gave him your number and he is giving you a call very soon.
JYP : i know its your dream and im willing to help you.
JYP : Everyone can dream, right ?
Yoojung : right.
JYP : You should say yes to the offer when you see him.
JYP : he’s very straightforward with business and
JYP : he is willing to sell if you speak with him.
Yoojung : yes. thank you.
JYP : i just wanted to let you know the good news. And Merry Christmas.
Yoojung : Merry Christmas sir. thank you.
JYP : no problem.
Yoojung (*hangs up the phone & goes back to talking to Hyunwoo)
Yoojung : you knew this was going to happen, did you ?
Hyunwoo : i was there when he settled the papers.
Hyunwoo : i saw it with my own eyes Yoojung-ah.
Yoojung : it was a nice Christmas present, wasnt it ?
Hyunwoo : Merry Christmas.
Yoojung : what happens now ?
Hyunwoo : i want you to look after the company for me while you become a doctor.
Hyunwoo : that is your Christmas present to me.
Yoojung : thanks. (*smiles)
Hyunwoo : this will be the last time i will see that smile of yours.
Yoojung : your leaving to the next life in heaven arent you ?
Hyunwoo : Ohhhh. Please take care of yourself.
Hyunwoo : I will look after you in Heaven when i have the chance.
Hyunwoo : thank you for taking place at my funeral and making it happen.
Hyunwoo : thats what i also wanted to thank you.
Yoojung : its the least i can do when it was my fault from the beginning.
Yoojung : im sorry about sending your mom to jail.
Hyunwoo : she deserved it for what she did to you.
Hyunwoo : im also sorry towards her for drunk driving when that accident happened.
Yoojung : your mom fought with me about everything and i couldnt take it anymore.
Yoojung : i feel bad that she had lost you and you were her only son.
Yoojung : she blamed me for what happened and she was right.
Hyunwoo : you know that she doesnt mean what she says all the time.
Hyunwoo : she clearly cares about you.
Hyunwoo : she just doesnt show it very much.
Hyunwoo : my mom can be hard to handle at times like this.
Hyunwoo : but you cant always blame yourself for someone else’s death.
Hyunwoo : so stop blaming yourself for what happened. I decided my faith and future.
Hyunwoo : you should be happy that Mark is your destiny and
Hyunwoo : that it was fate that you two met each other again.
Hyunwoo : be happy about that and i’ll be okay.
Hyunwoo : the next life will lead me somewhere i want to be for the rest of my life.
Yoojung : your right. thanks Oppa. (*smiles)
Hyunwoo : your very lucky to have them by your side.
Hyunwoo : (*signals for Jenny to see in her house GOT7 having fun)
Hyunwoo : always keep them by your side because
Hyunwoo : its not going to be like this all the time.
Hyunwoo : also, love Mark with all of your heart and never let him go. He’s a good kid.
Jenny : i will Oppa. Thank you for everything that you have done for me.
Hyunwoo : its my job.
Hyunwoo : then, i should get going now. People are waiting for me.
Hyunwoo : goodbye Yoojung-ah. (*smiles)
Yoojung : good bye Oppa.

Hyunwoo earned his wings and flew to the sky disappearing from Jenny’s eyes. After watching him leave, her eye escaped a tear and she quickly wiped it. Then she went inside the house to the others and opened up the presents. After opening it all, Jenny said some touching things while sitting there on the couch looking at everyone.

Yoojung : thank you everyone.
Hyun Suk : why ?
Yoojung : this is the first Christmas that i have so many people here.
Yoojung : you guys are like my family now.
Yoojung : i’m very thankful for that.
Minho : you spent it alone the past few years ?
Yoojung : i’ve spent it with Caroline and Peter, that was about it.
Yoojung : i dreamt of celebrating it with a big family.
Yoojung : i have lost my family when i was young and wish to have one.
Yoojung : i have lost Hyunwoo and before you guys came, he was my only family left.
Yoojung : the person i was going to get married.
Yoojung : i have lost everyone in my life.
Yoojung : i couldn’t bare the fact that their not here anymore.
Yoojung : i want to thank you for being here with me today, well for 5 months.
Yoojung : im going to be so sad when you all leave.
BamBam (*whines) : i dont want to leave noona.
Yoojung (*smiles & says) : you have to.
Yoojung : your career is important and i want you all to succeed.
Yugyeom : your going to make me cry noona.
Yoojung : sorry Yugyeom-ah.

Yoojung then went to hug Yugyeom when he was sitting there on the couch crying and everyone else joined in the hug together. It was a big family hug between them. After that, everyone was still in the living room in their pajamas watching a Christmas movie marathon. In the middle of it, everyone fell asleep on the couch and the floor. Jenny was awake still and she went to her office library to do something without the others knowing, She sat there for 3 hours writing letters to each and every one of the members and including the managers as well telling them how much she loved spending time with each and every one of them. After writing all of them, she put them in an envelope indicating their names and put them onto a wrapped present.



It was a present that she had prepared for months now just to say goodbye when they leave to Korea. Then Jenny hid them away in her desk in a gift bag. After doing that, she walked out back into the living room seeing the guys still sleeping there knocked out tired. She looked at the clock and saw that it was [5PM]. Yoojung then went out to her backyard and walked on the beach with the wind blowing in her hair. Then she sat on the sand looking out at the beach thinking about how GOT7 and their managers were going to leave in a few weeks and how the house will be so quiet without them. When Jenny got up heading back, Mark was standing there wondering what happened to her. They stood to talk for a little bit looking out at the beach.

Mark : what are you doing here in the evening ? It’s almost Christmas Dinner.
Jenny : your not worried about anything ?
Mark : you thinking about something, aren’t you ?
Jenny : the reason why i came here is because i have one last thing on my mind
Jenny : before it happens.
Mark : i know what it is and whatever it is, let’s not talk about it.
Jenny : why not ?
Mark : because the more we talk about it,
Mark : the more we get sad and the more BamBam cries.
Jenny (*laughs & smiles)
Mark (*looks at Jenny & says) : thats what i wanted to see from you.
Jenny (*looks back at Mark & asks) : what did you wanted to see ?
Mark : the thing that lights up your face, that smile of yours.
Jenny : how can i smile when you guys are leaving soon ?
Mark (*hugs Jenny & says) : i told you not to think or talk about it.
Jenny : i know. (*smiles)
