The one who stepped out of the tree and it was . . . . Baekhyun.
" ah! Baekhyun-ya ~ why are you hiding there ? " you questioned him.
" hiding ? Pffft . . . I'm not hiding ~ I'm waiting for you " he grinned.
" waiting for me ? Where are the others ? " you doubted his words.
" well ~ " he leaned to you " kyung soo caught in a problem, kai and chanyeol went to help. Kai asked me to takecare of you for today " he whispered to your ears.
You just swiftly nod at him. So both of you went inside the school. You went to your locker to retrieve some of your books.
Baekhyun just stand beside you. Poker face. You locked your locker, and continue to walk toward the class, people around started to stare both of you.
Baekhyun suddenly slung his arm around your shoulder, it startle you.
" don't worry about these people, they must be jealous of us ~ I treated you just like my dongsaeng " he whispered and started to pat your head.
You didn't say anything. When you guys reached class, se hun immediately stands up when he saw you with baekhyun.
" don't misunderstand us, I'm just incharge of taking care of her " baekhyun said to se hun.
Se hun rushed to you. " honey-ya ~ you alright ? Did he do anything to you ? " he frantically asked.
" se hun-ya, don't overreact ~ he didn't do anything to me. He just keeping me company " you said.
" pheew ~ " he heave a sigh. " oppa really concerned about you ~ " he said again.
" don't worry, baekhyunie is a good guy " you patted se hun's shoulder.
You walk toward your desk, and sit. Baekhyun followed up and take a seat on his own desk.
You noticed that baekhyun glance at you a few times.
Awhile after that your homeroom teacher stepped in. As usual she take attendance and realize the absence of kai, chanyeol and kyung soo.
" ermm .... Baekhyun-ya, where's the other three ? " miss Jini [ homeroom teacher ] asked.
" kai are not feeling well when I stop by his house, chanyeol snake caught in accident and kyung soo said he had an emergency but he didn't tell me specifically what is it " baekhyun said. You knew that he was lying.
" poor kai ~ hope chanyeol won't be sad over the lost of his snake ~ " miss jini spat.
The other just nod. " I got another thing to announce ~ " she continued " since tommorow is the trip I'll put you guys in two groups. Group 1 : kai, se hun, chanyeol, baekhyun, kyung soo, ___ ( your name ), park boo young, and yoona you guys are one group and the other that their name wasn't called out will automatically be in one group " she end her announcement with a wide smile and leave the class.
The class at first stay silence but when miss Jini leave the room it went hectic. You saw girls chattering on how happy they were to be in one group.
Through the crowd you saw boo young and yoona wave at you, you just wave back at them.
You're praying that thing will go well. Plus you're in one group with the guys, fighting can happen anytime during the trip.
When school ends, you walk toward your locker, se hun were there.
He smiled at you. You unlocked your locker and something fell to the floor, you took it and it was a white envelope with your name written on it.
" what's that honey ? " se hun peered beside you.
" erk. Nothing ~ " you quickly slipped the letter into your bag.
" you're not going ? " baekhyun showed up walking toward you.
" se hun-ya, i'll be going now " you said.
" okaay, takecare baby, and you baekhyun, I entrusted you " se hun said and he kissed your cheeks and you were like . . . Eh ?
You blushed and immediately walked away, baekhyun followed up.
You didn't expect se hun to kissed you. " baekhyun-ya, please don't tell kai about what se hun had just done awhile ago, i don't want them to start fighting again. " you plead.
" don't worry, I won't " he said.
Baekhyun accompanied you until infront of your house, he widely smile.
Before you stepped in you heard baekhyun yell kai's name. You turned and found kai, chanyeol and kyung soo were with baekhyun.
And . . . . .
All of them run toward you and pushed you inside and closed the door behind you.
" babe, we'll stay here for awhile, hope you don't mind " kai panting.
" what was this all about ? " you questioned.
" ya-princess, please hide us for awhile " chanyeol pleaded you.
" okaay, but please don't sit here, please sit on the couch " you concerned.
All three of them move to the couch with baekhyun as well.
You went to the kitchen to get them some drinks. You came back with a tray of drinks for them.
Each of them took it from the tray and gulfed it like a cow who just meet sources of water.
" okay, anyone want to explained the situation now ? " you asked when they calmed down.
" you live all by yourself princess ? " chanyeol asked ignoring your early question.
" nope. I live with my parents " you said as you take a seat beside kai.
Slowly kai lay down on your lap, exhausted. So you just let him to rest, you're too tired to shooed him .
" so where is your parents ? " kyung soo asked.
" they had gone to jeju island over work reason " you said.
" want us to accompany you ? " chanyeol questioned again.
" no thank you, I'd prefered to be alone " you rejected their offer.
" okay. Guys we should head home now since it gotten late, it's not nice if people next door saw us and they might misunderstand her " baekhyun stands up.
" hmm . . Here an oinment for you kyung soo, i noticed there's bruises on your face " you extended him the ointment.
" thanks " he took it.
" want me to help you put it on ? " you offered.
" babe. Don't ~ let him do it by himself " kai hold your hand.
You just nod at him. Kai then sit up. " okaay, let's go " he said. The other immediately stands up.
" thanks for letting us stay here for awhile ___ ( your name ), " kyung soo said.
" that's not a problem " you gave a warm smile.
All of them walk toward the doors and went out. Kai hold your hand and leaned to give you a kiss on your forehead.
" takecare. We'll meet you up tommorow " he said and walked away with his gang.
You locked the door, tidy up things and went upstair to your bedroom. Ready to travel to dreamland. But then you remembered the letter you received awhile ago.
You took it out and unfold the paper inside the enveloped. Inside the enveloped there's also this small, cute kitty necklace.
You read the letter and it says . . . . . . .
