jungsoo's pov :
i automatically smiled while meditating her picture , after all this time i can't forget her neither the day when i heard the news of her death , i couldn't even attend her funeral ,my chest hurts and my tears are threatening to fall i raised my head up to the sky when my eyes landed on that person "am i dreaming?" i thought as i checked the picture that i was holding in my hands
and looked at the little girl standing a few yards away from me. She was wearing a white summer dress and holding three yellow roses in her hand ,it's like a miniature version of Jae in , i swallowed hard , and my heart raced , it can't be a coincidence ,
she was wandering around like a butterfly
"Souhae~a ~ time to go "the familiar old man at the back yelled
she ran and hold his hand , and they walk away from me , i immediately stood up and follow them , i kept walking behind them quietly , just watching her and couldn't believe what's happening
suddenly i lost them , they were no where to be found ,"there's no doubt i literally lost my mind..." i said as i stopped and looked down
"nice to see you again Jungsoo! " the old man said
i lifted my head , my eyes winded "mr Lee" i said and i bowed , couldn't move my eyes from the girl
he pat my back and we all sat on the chair beside the street
there was an awkward silence between us ,and i'm just staring at the little girl , who makes me feel like i'm watching my past tape whenever i look into her eyes
"jae in , right ? " Mr Lee cuts the silence
my heart raced , when he mentioned her name , i just kept quiet
" you are thinking about my daughter right ? you still didn't forget her , how come jungsoo ? do you want to suffer like i did ? comfort yourself jungsoo , she can't comeback " he said almost crying and i feel like receiving knives in my chest " Mr lee.." i finally opened my mouth to talk but he cuts my words " although she's gone , she gave us a princess to remember her " he looked at the girl , My eyes winded , and this time my tears are really falling ,
Why didn't she tell me that she was pregnant ? , what ..why did she hide it all from me ? " she .. she .was pregnant ?" i mumbled crying
" she died while giving the birth of souhae , she wanted her to live with you ,with her dad , you won't leave her as well ? "
narrator :
**at the house **
" why do i feel like something is wrong ?" she wondered
" what do you mean Miyun ? " Kangin raised an eyebrow as he asked her
" kangin ssi , do you think that he will be okey ? " she faced him and said with a sad tone in her voice
" don't worry " he pat her back , she nodded and smiled
at the mean time , the door opened , jungsoo entered with a girl , everyone kept staring at them , Miyun approach and gave him the usual look , the look that she give him whenever he came with a new girl
" don't ask , i'm tired , i'll explain everything later" he said and walked towards his room , he laid on bed and fell asleep
NEXT DAY :
he removed the cover and sat on bed "i hate waking up " he mumbled , and drags his body to the bedroom , a few minutes later , he walked out of his room to see , Miyun sitting on the couch , staring into space and holding her phone "Miyun ah ~" he called her , but she didn't respond , " Miyun , is everything all right ?" he asked her again
she raised her head up and looked at him , "Jungsoo ssi , i have to visit someone" she said almost crying
**flashback**
the phone rang "hello?" she answered
"Ms Jung Miyun ? "
"Yeah it's me , who are you ? "
" i'm a friend of your sister soyeon , Ms Miyun , your sister is dying , she wants to see you , can you come , and make her last wish come true ?"
**end of flashback**
"mm..ok i'm gonna ask Kangin to stay home and take care of the girls , we don't have too much work today , don't worry " Jungsoo assured her ,"but , Miyun , are you okey ? " he adds and she nodded
**at the hospital**
the elevator opened ,she made her way to room 211 , she knocked the door gently "come in " , an exhausted voice talks to her
she opened it , a young woman lying on bed , "Miyun ah ~i"m glad you came " the young woman yelled cutely , and Miyun smile with tears in her eyes
" Doondongie " Miyun said as she approach
" hey ! what my mum said about calling me that" the woman yelled again , Miyun giggled and held her sister's hand
" i miss you " Miyun said crying
" i'm sorry unnie for damages i caused to you , i know you'll forgive me , right unnie ? " soyeon said ," i have surprise for you " she adds as she handed Miyun a picture of a little girl ,Miyun stared at the picture "who is she ? " she asked
"this is my little daughter , hye bin ,cute right ? " soyeon answered
"She's so beautiful " Miyun said
" i know unnie , she's just like you , " the young woman smiled and her eyes start to tear up " Miyun Unnie , are we at home ?" soyeon wondered
"yeah , we are " Miyun responds and start crying non stop
"oh good , is it night ?" soyeon asked again
" Yeah we are " Miyun answered again
" oh i see , take care of hye bin promise ? " soyeon mumbled
" please Doondongie don't do this to me " Miyun muttered
"even thought i left you and didn't take care of you unnie but i know you will take care of her , i'm sorry , I love you unnie " soyeon said her last words , and then she passed away "I love you too , please don't leave " Miyun shouted and felt on the ground
