Third Person POV - Midnight
You had finally packed all your belongings and for once completely organised for your flight which leaves tomorrow at noon. You currently were wearing a light blue tank top and denim shorts considering whether you should get changed, be responsible and go to bed. You decide against it when you receive a text from Sehun.
-Did you want to watch a movie with us in Baekhyun's suite since tonight is your last night? Myself, Xiumin, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol and Luhan are all here. please noona? :D -
You figured that you had no idea when you were going to see them again so after justifying it in your head, you reply.
-Sure! Be there soon-
You smile to yourself. You grabbed your key card and were ready to leave but became startled when you heard a knock at the door.
That's odd, you think to yourself, why would they pick you up? Their room is right down the hall. Unless it is someone else, but who?
You open the door anyway and immediately regret it. Standing before you, you see the young staff member. However instead of that sweet boy you remember saying hello to before, he now had pale white skin, bloodshot eyes and was holding a knife in his hand. He starts swinging the knife towards you and you let out a piercing scream.
Immediately you try to run towards the kitchen to find some sort of protection but he was too quick as he was already next to you. The teen grabs your arm and tries to cut you but thankfully you dodge it. You scream again, terrified. What is happening? Why would he attack you?
Luckily for you, your fight or flight responses take over and you kick him as hard as you can in the shin. The staff member yells in pain and drops his knife, he bends down to grab it and you take the opportunity to escape out of the open door, screaming for help.

In Chanyeol, Chen and Baek's suite everyone had just gotten comfortable and the movie was about to start. Xiumin had just finished making popcorn and set it on the coffee table in front of him. Then they all heard a terrifying scream.
"You didn't tell me we were watching a horror movie!" Baekhyun whines to Sehun.
"We aren't hyung...." he replies in a confused tone. They hear that scream again. It sounded like it was coming from the hallway.
"OH MY GOSH IT'S _______!" Luhan yells and bolts out of his chair. Immediately the other 5 men stand and they all run to the front door. When they get outside the suite their eyes simultaneously widen as they see you cornered against the wall with some employee attacking you with a knife and unfortunately he had already cut you once on the arm.
"______!" screamed Luhan.
"Luhan! Help!" you shriek back. Who were you kidding you think. They were running towards you but their too far away. This guy's knife is about to strike you again and there isn't anything you can do. You close your eyes, ready to receive the pain when instead you feel nothing. You open one eye and see that Luhan is currently punching the staff member in the face. You just stare as Xiumin and Chen try to help Luhan but the boy keeps fighting back. He then punches Luhan square in the jaw and mumbles something, but he is too quiet for you to hear him. Thankfully Luhan seems okay and they finally get the knife off him and at some point the boy gives up and falls to the floor unconscious. He fainted?
"______, it's okay come on we need to go to our suite. It's safe there." urges Chanyeol as he tries to guide your shoulders to the direction of his room but you couldn't move, you were in utter shock.
"_____ are you okay?" Luhan rushes to you, panting. You just nod.
"Don't worry everything is alright, we have to get you inside you're hurt" You look into his eyes, tears threatening to spill so you decide to compl. The 7 of you then all walk back to the suite.

Once everyone is inside Chanyeol locks the door behind him, he still doesn't trust that the employee won't wake and start attacking again, even without a knife. The boys set you down on a couch. Luhan finds some bandages and a wet towel and tends to your wound. The cut isn't anything serious but it surely hurts. When he dabs the cold, wet cloth onto your arm you wince.
"We should call the police" Chen states.
"We can't! Who is going to believe what just happened" yells Sehun.
"Now do you believe in ghosts Chen?" asks Baekhyun quietly.
"That wasn't a ghost, that was an attempted murder."
That's when it clicked to you.
"No." Everyone looks at you. "Don't call the police, I'm certain that was the ghost intruder from the story."
Chen begins to speak "B-but"
"I know you don't believe in ghosts Chen but the story of this floor said that an intruder tried to kill 6 men and 1 girl who were all staying on this floor."
Chen just nods
"Can someone get that website back up?" you ask
"Already done" says Sehun
"Here give it to me, I was on to something earlier but didn't have the time" Luhan says reaching for the phone. Sehun nods in agreement and gives him the phone once Luhan finishes tending to your arm.
Luhan skims through the website and his eyes widen in shock.
"What does it say?" asks a concerned Chanyeol.
"On the fourth night the intruder attacked the woman again but failed so later on that night he trapped her in the elevator"
"But, she gets out.... right?" you ask with terror in your eyes. Luhan keeps reading through the website then puts the phone down and looks into your eyes.
"It doesn't say"
What?!
"_______ don't be afraid we aren't going to let that happen to you." Xiumin comforts you putting his arm around your shoulder reassuringly.
"Exactly and what about the rest of us hyung?" Sehun asks
Chen turns to Sehun and says "Well if this story is true then half of EXO should be safe, does it say anything else Luhan?"
"Yeah it does" he says expressionless and begins to read, "On the fitfh night, the 6 young men were never seen again and never checked out"
Everyone in the room freezes.
"Okay" Baekhyun starts, slightly shaking "T-that could m-mean anything though. Maybe the guys were fine and just r-ran away, or something else I don't know. Our main priority tonight is keeping _______ safe"
Luhan nods sternly and turns to you, "Exactly, I'm not going to let any ghosts hurt you. We will all protect you"
You smile and nod realising how much they all care for you, especially Luhan, even after haven't seeing each other in so long. Everyone then shares a cute group hug.
After such a warm and happy moment, a bunch of yelling and cowardly screaming occurs from the wall next door.
"Isn't that Kai, D.O and Tao's room?" you ask, suddenly scared again.

Authornim!! *whines* now I'm too scared to look out from under my bedcovers and to make matters worse, it's 2:26am ... but I'm not in a hotek right... but I was in a hotel less than a week ago WHY MUST EVERYTHING HAPPEN IN HOTELS TT-TT
This is awesome!! Apart from the fact that now I am scared to death of a zombie staff member with a big knife standing above me when I look up, I really enjoyed this! Well done!!
I'll be getting no sleep now *sobs*
