Sundae
“Go to bed boys. You need to rest.” Mama Lee smiled. “Ye umma. Gaja.” Wayne picked up his dishes and washed them in the sink before grabbing his glasses from the table. Zayne and Bayne followed him post haste and walked up the stairs. “Which songs have you finished?” Zayne asked. “I have finished That Girl, Only You and Saranghae. I’m currently working on Whisper at the moment.” Wayne sighed. He rubbed his right eye before stretching out his arms. “You work to hard man.” Zayne patted Wayne on the back gently. “We all do. We need to rest. It’s really late.” Wayne gave a small smile. Bayne patted Wayne’s head and went to his room. Zayne gave a nod and left him as well. Wayne entered his room and turned the light on. “My room is a mess. I’ll clean up in the morning, I’m tired.” Wayne plopped onto his bed and fell asleep.
Two hours later there was a cry of pain that was coming from outside of Zayne’s room. He got up and looked out the window. He noticed that there was a small animal that had a small limp. Zayne walked quietly and quickly out of his room and went outside. “Hello. It’s okay, I won’t hurt you. Come here.” Zayne said quietly. He got closer to the animal. “Aren’t you a cutie? Shouldn’t you be in the mountains with all the other wolf pups? Huh?” Zayne smiled. He took the pup inside and went to his room. “I’ll protect you no matter what. Let’s see now, you’re a girl and need a name. I’ll call you Sundae.” Zayne laid down on his bed and put Sundae right beside him. Zayne looked at Sundae and dozed off to sleep happily and soundly.
