A Beast Turns Into A Beauty
We Are BEAST
~Hyorin's POV~
"Hyorin, wake up."
"5 more minutes.."
"I said wake up!!" My eyes widen. I look around but no one's there.. I shrug and lie back down.
"Yah! You woke up once, don't fall asleep again." The voice was really loud.
"Ughhh, fi~ne." I get up again but there's no one there.. And then it hit me. "Yah! Luhan, stop talking to me in my head! You're giving me a headache." Sigh.. That idiot brother of mine always decides to use his powers to tell me what to do. Because of that, I've looked like an idiot in front of everyone since it always catches me off guard.
I brush my teeth and take a shower. I dry my hair and come out wearing a tank top and shorts. Then, Kai pops in. "Yah! Kim Jong In, I said to never teleport into my room without telling me ahead of time. What if I was changing right now?"
"Sorry.. But it's not like there's anything to see." He snickers. I was about to explode.
"KAI!!" I throw a pillow at him but he disappears before it hit him. Gah! Why must I have such immature brothers?!
I change into my uniform and head downstairs to the kitchen. D.O and Lay were making breakfast while Baekhyun was trying to mess everything up.
"Yah! Byun Baekhyun, don't put salt in the pancakes!!" D.O shouted. Baekhyun just sticks his tongue out. D.O grabs the spatula and makes a threatening pose. Baekhyun drops the salt and runs towards me; hiding behind me.
"Oppa~ when's breakfast done? I'm hungry~" I do a little aegyo because I know D.O weakens when it comes to cute things.
"Uh.. Almost done. Lay's just finishing up. Baekhyun, go get the others." Baekhyun just ignores him and watches T.V.
"I'll do it." I head to the game room.
"At least someone listens to me in this house." I hear D.O say.
I guess the aegyo did work because I got more food than anyone else.
"Why does Hyorin have more than us?" Chen and Sehun complain.
"Because she's the only one that listens to me."
"That's not fair.." Sehun pouts.
"Okay, okay. Stop whining." I pick up my plate and give him two slices of my bacon.
"Ay~ what about me?" I sigh and put two slices of bacon onto Chen's plate.
After breakfast, Xiumin, Kai and Chanyeol walk with me to school.
"I can go on my own you know? I am a beast after all." Seriously, if something happened to me I could just use my powers to protect myself.
"It's because you're a beast that we're with you. Even though you have powers, you can't fully control them. Better safe than sorry." Xiumin says. "And remember, don't use your powers at school. What if someone sees? You know the con-"
"I know, I know. You tell me everyday. It's already imprinted into my brain. So stop your nagging." I love them and all but they really get on my nerves sometimes. We arrive at the school gates and I wave them goodbye.
--Fourth Period {Music}--
A group of boys enter the classroom.
"Introduce yourselves boys." Says the music teacher.
"Hello, we are BEAST. It's nice to meet you." They said in sync. But what really surprised me was that they called themselves beasts.. Are they like me? No.. It can't be.. They wouldn't reveal their identities, they should know the consequences.
"I'm Gwikwang."
"Yoseob. It's nice to meet all of you!"
"Hello, I'm Dongwoon."
"My name's Dujun."
"Junhyung."
"I'm Hyunseung. Please take care of me."
"Why did you come to this school?" One of the students asked.
"Because our parents unexpectedly decided to go on a road trip. They dropped us off at this school and left."
"Where do you live?" Another asked. I look at her, it was the 'queen' of the class. Are you a creepy stalker?
"Um.. We lived in _____ but at the moment we don't know.."
"Your parents left the address at the office. You may sit down now." Says the teacher. "Okay, who wants to be the performer today?" No one spoke up. "I'll just pick someone myself." She scans the room. I put my head down and hide behind my book. "Hyorin, why don't you do it?"
I sigh. There's no point trying to get out of it.
"I can sing any song I want right?" She nodded. I take a deep breath and sing Miracles In December. Even if I'm forced to sing, I should still do my best.
