Edo Period
"Mi-chan? Mi-chan were are you?" Takashi asked. Takashi frantically looked round the dark room. "Where am I? How did I get here? Where is Hiromi?" Takashi started to breath rapidly. "There he is. The best swordsman in Nippon." a man said as he walked into the room with two men behind him. "Nippon...? Swordsman...? Me?" Takashi muttered under his breath. "Listen to me Yukido. Someone get me that female archer, Taro. We leave at sunrise." the man said. "Yes my king. Right away." one of the men bowed and left. "He's the king...?" Yukido whispered. "Yukido. Meet me at the courtyard before sunrise. I will tell you the details then." the kings stare was so cold and mesmerizing that Takashi couldn't look away. "Yes my king. I will be there." Yukido bowed. The king left the room. Takashi scanned the room and noticed the sword in the corner. He picked up and looked at the scabbard. It had the words kkoch chum engraved onto it. "Kkoch chum? Are you mine?" Takeshi asked himself. He pulled the sword out and admired it.
"Yukido? Are you in here?" a women asked. "Yes I am." Takeshi replied still admiring the sword. "I'm coming in." the women said. When she entered Takashi turned around to look at her. He gasped and dropped both the sword and scabbard. "Hiromi. I've been worried sick about you." Takashi said. "Kashi-kun. I missed you. I was so scare. Where are we? What year." Hiromi hiccupped. "Nippon. It looks like the Edo period. I'm guessing this is what happened to the kids from Korea." Takashi picked up his sword and scabbard from the wooden floor. "We're needed at the courtyard. Let's go." Hiromi kneed Takashi in the leg. Takashi nodded. They left the room and headed to the courtyard.
