--Home--

I open the door but all the lights were off. Where is Eli? He told me to come home early.. Did something come up? I head upstairs to my room. After an hour or so, I head back down to see if he came back yet. It was dark again.. I thought I turned the lights on.. I try to find my way to the light switch but instead, I trip on a chair and fall. I get up but someone grabs me by the waist. I can’t see who it was since it was dark but I can tell it was a guy. I try to get out of his grasp but it was hopeless, he was too strong for me. I was about to scream, but the lights flicker on. Eli and the guys (EXO) jump out and throw confetti at me.
“Surprise!” They all yell. I turn around to see who was holding me. It was Baekhyun. He let’s me go and pinches my cheeks.
“Ya~ Why did you take so long to come down? I’m hungry..” I laugh and pinch him back.
“Okay~ I’m sorry. I’ll treat you to something next time.” Sehun comes and hugs me from the behind; startling me.
“Yah, that scared me!” Sehun puts his head on my shoulder and whispers something in my ear.
“I want something too~”
“Stop that, it tickles!” Instead of stopping, he continues blowing into my ear. Luckily, Kris came and pulled him away.
“Hey, let’s eat. We have chicken.” Everyone’s eyes light up and run into the kitchen, leaving me all alone.
“Sigh.. They must really love their chicken..” I chuckle and head to the kitchen. Fighting my way through the chicken lovers, I manage to get a few pieces.

~No One’s POV~

Mi Cha practiced with INFINITE every week and hung out with the others everyday. The school festival was coming soon, which means Mi Cha’s dream is also close. Eli announces that he will have to leave again for a month or two.
They went with Eli to the airport to see him off. Then Mi Cha decided to go back to the university to practice.

~Your POV~

--Day Before School Festival--

After practice, I went to the bubble tea shop. I ordered my bubble tea and sat down. After the competition, I should get the guys (EXO) to meet INFINITE.

--School Festival--

I’m backstage waiting for my name to be called. I take deep breaths and warm up my vocals. Then my phone lights up.

Kai: Mi Cha, Fighting!! *\(^-^)/*
Chen: Good Luck!
Sehun: I’ll treat you to bubble tea later! But you need to treat me to one too :P
Suho: Don’t be nervous, you’ll do great.
D.O: I made your favourite dessert! Let’s eat it after you finish.

Me: Thanks guys! I’ll treat you all to bubble tea later.

I put my phone down but then another message came up.

Hoya: Mi Cha, the guys and I will be watching from the crowd! Just imagine it as if it was practice. Fighting!

Me: Thanks :) I’ll text you after I finish.

Then my name got called, “Mi Cha, you’re on in 1 minute.” Mi Cha, fighting!!

--Announcing The Winners--

“Third place goes to... Park Min Joon. Congratulations.”
Min Joon was a year younger than me. We haven’t really talked but we say ‘Hello’ when we bump into each other.
“Second goes to.. Go Seo Yeon. Congratulations!”
I don’t know much about her, except that she’ll be graduating this year.
“And now, what you’ve all been waiting for. First place goes to..” It was dead quiet, but the announcer didn’t say anything. What happened?
“We’ll announce the winner in 5 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

“Sorry everyone, we had a small problem. The winner is.. Choi Song Yi. Congratulations! As you may all know, the winner will become a trainee. Last year it was YG Ent. this year it will be Woollim Ent. A round of applause please.”
I walk off stage and head where Eun Hye and Shin Hye were.

“You did great Mi Cha. Don’t feel down.”
“That’s right! Those judges don’t know what they’re missing out on!” Shin Hye adds.
“Thanks, let’s go meet the others.” We link arms and find our way to the others, then I heard my name on the speakers.

“We have a special announcement. Another one of our contestants will also become a trainee. Kim Mi Cha, congratulations!”

Eun Hye and Shin Hye scream. This isn’t a dream! This is real, omg omg omg. My dream is right at the door. The guys come over and lift me up.
“Yah, put me down. This is embarrassing!”
“Never! Haha..” They shout. After a few tosses they let me down. I was slightly dizzy but I manage to stand.
“Let’s celebrate!” They shout.
“I want bubble tea!” Sehun adds in. We all burst out laughing.
“Okay, okay. I’ll meet you there. I need to call someone.”
I grab my phone and start to dial Hoya’s number. No answer.. I try again but still no answer. I run to catch up with the others but someone grabs my shoulder. I turn around to see Dongwoo and the others.
“Mi Cha, congrats. Wanna go celebrate?” Sunggyu asks.
“Sure! But my friends are waiting for me at the bubble tea shop.”
“Bring them along. We’ll meet at our dance studio, okay?”
“Okay, see you then!”

--Bubble Tea Shop--

“Yah, what took you so long?” Baekhyun and Sehun whine.
“I was talking to some friends. They want to celebrate at their dance studio. You guys don’t mind, do you?”
“Sure, why not? More the merrier.” Suho says.
“Okay, let me just get some bubble tea and we’ll go.”

Notes

Messy update but I thought I should do at least something. I'll try to think of something interesting for the next chapter. Thank you all for reading up to here, it makes me really happy. There isn't really any romance yet.. sorry.. I'll try..
