Days Thereafter

“Sure, what’s going on?”I notice Jimin coming from the kitchen. He looks me straight in the eyes and gives me the same breathtaking smile again. He answers me before anyone else.

“Jin hyung is going to an MT and the rest of us are going to a noraebong, with you coming along it’ll be really fun.”

I’m really at a loss for words, all I can do is nod and head towards my room. I sigh and look at my closet. What do people wear at these things? It’s not like its clubbing… maybe I’ll ask one of the members…

I make my way into the hallway and look for the nearest member that isn’t Jimin. Suga it is.

“Suga oppa, can you help me...?” I ask nervously

“Yeah, what is it?”

I just motion to my room and he follows right behind me.

“I just have a question, but it’s kind of embarrassing, and I’m not sure if you would be able to help me ‘cuz you’re not a girl… can you help me pick out an outfit?” This is the first time I’ve really talked to him, and it’s about clothes. My social skills are not up to par.

He looks through my closet and eventually finds something casual, but fitting at the same time, definitely not something I would have put together.

“Are you sure its ok to wear something like this?” I ask

“Of course! Everyone needs to look swag. Even we’re going home to change.”

“Okay… thanks oppa..” I say as he starts towards the door.

He left me a black and floral crop top, black leather pants, and pink converse. I decided to throw in my black fringe kimono, the thought of showing that much skin made me cringe. Getting ready was the easy part, it was going out there and seeing what their reaction would be that made me nervous.

Time to be an adult, and it’s not like you haven’t dressed up like this before

I went out and found that it was just V. He looked pretty absorbed into his cell phone.

“Where are the others?”

“They’re on the way now actually.” He finally looks up at me
“Wow, you look great, you might get a few stares tonight.”

I mumble a thanks and go to sit in the armchair by the window. 10 minutes pass before we hear the doorbell ring.

“It’s time! Let’s go!”

I let him head over first. I make my way to the door and see Jimin.
