“Wow. This school is nice. Come on. We need to go to the office to get our time tables.” Mitsumi smiled. “No shit Sherlock. Let’s go.” Xiāo Lyn scoffed. They walked slowly to the office and saw five young boys sitting in the corner, talking in Korean. “Yah. Do you know were the principal is?” Xiāo Lyn asked. “She’ll be here any minute so you have to wait.” Ren said. “Araso. Kamsahamnida.” Xiāo Lyn turned around to the opposite wall and leaned against it. “Sorry it took me so long. There was an accident on the highway. You must be the new girls. I am Mr. Landerwolf, the principal of Rainbow High School. Here are you’re schedules for the rest of the semester. Boys some them around when you have time. Now get to class!” Mr. Landerwolf beamed. “Yes sir. Right away sir.” Sung Hyun looked at him weird. The girls quickly walked out of the office in silence. The boys walked past them and headed their classes. “The principal is so weird. I don’t like him” Mitsumi whispered. “I don’t like him either. Let’s get to class. Looks like we have the same homeroom. Pawli.” Sung Hyun walked faster to the first class.
“Hello. Who might you be?” The teacher asked. “I’m Yu Sung Hyun. This is Mitsumi Ito and Xiāo Lyn Li. We’re you new students for the semester.” Sung Hyun said. “Okay. I’m your math teacher Ms. Simmon for the rest of the year. Please sit down.” Ms. Simmon pointed to the desks. Xiāo Lyn was first the move and sat down next to JR. Sung Hyun sat down behind her and Mitsumi in front. “Okay class today we will be learning about quadratics.” Ms. Simmon said. The morning went by slowly before the bell rang for lunch. “Finally lunch. Time to eat.” Mitsumi got up from her seat and stretched out her arms. Mitsumi walked quickly to the cafeteria and saw Xiāo Lyn and Sung Hyun talking to the boys from the office. “It’s them. Whatever.” Mitsumi shrugged her shoulders and walked to them. “Annyong haseyo! I’m Mitsumi. What’s you name?” Mitsumi smiled. “I’m Aaron. This is JR, Minhyun, Beakho and Ren.” Aaron nodded. “I noticed that you five were talking in Korean.” Mitsumi put her hands on her hips. “I’m still learning the language, but yes we were talking in Korean.” Aaron said. JR was standing in the back with his arms crossed across his chest. “We’re sitting down now. You love birds’ better hurry up and catch up.” Xiāo Lyn called out to them. Mitsumi blushed and Aaron chuckled. He put his arm around her shoulders and walked to the group slowly.
