In the morning when I woke up I was still in the protection barrier of YoungBae’s arms. The warmth radiated from him, he was motionless and calm and I didn’t want to spoil it. Usually he never stops talking so it is abnormal for me to be in his presence and not hear anything coming from his mouth. I tried to fall back to sleep after that as I didn’t want to disturb our peace and quiet we had so I just curled up in his arms and enjoyed this little thing. It wasn’t long before I heard movement from the other side of the bed. “JiEun,” goodness, he even talks in his sleep I think aloud to myself, but I couldn’t help but smile to the fact even when he is asleep he thinks about me, unless it was about Lee JiEun, but no, my brother liked her and YoungBae probably knew this. All of a sudden he began to toss and turn so I sat up, his angelic smile turned into a frown, I had never seen him like this. I decided I should wake him up although I wasn’t sure how and I had no plan.

“Oppa,” I began, he was still moving about frantically, I panicked a little bit more “Oppa, gwenchanha, wake up, oppa.” I called I shook his shoulders gently and his eyes flickered open.

“YoungBae,” I called giving him a slight hug.

“JiEun, are you okay, you aren’t hurt anywhere are you?” his questions spewed out like he couldn’t control himself.

“I’m fine, honestly.” I controlled the situation calmly. “It was just a dream, what happened?”

“Y-you hurt yourself, because of your sister and you were so upset, you tried to go with her.” He said wrapping his arms around me stroking my hair.

“I wouldn’t leave you in a million years, plus I have got EunJi and JiYong, Appa and SuJi to look after as well, not to mention all the trainees in the dorms.” I told him “Let’s just lie back down and rest for a bit, I could do with it lately.” He agreed and we lay back down I snuggled up to him. Just then my idiot brother walked in.

“Yo yo yo wazzup my main bro,” he began, without looking at us. He was so dopey sometimes.

“Woah, I didn’t see you there, wat’cha doing with a girl,” his English was really good I was shocked at his pronunciation of some slang he had picked up “Hey girl,” he said to me.

“You are an idiot JiYong,” YoungBae said smiling.

“Well isn’t that rude to say to your leader and the greatest person you will ever know, so I henceforth declare you fired from bigbang.”

“JiYong, I agree with YoungBae.” I say and dig my elbow into Youngbaes ribs.

“Well then, you are fired from being my sister.” He laughed and began walking away. “Get up you two BaekHee (who was the maid) made breakfast and MinJi is officially coming today, EunJi and Appa have gone to get her.”

YoungBae and I had no choice but to get up at that point he hadn’t questioned what I was doing in his best friend’s bed. I followed him downstairs, I wasn’t too bothered about breakfast, I just wanted my sister back. I sat down dreading the question that was inevitably going to spring from my crazy brother’s mouth.

“So, why were you two sharing a bed.” And there it was the question I was dreading, such an idiot but I guess that’s why I loved my older brother so much.

“Well, I was crying and YoungBae oppa heard me and comforted me, because of MinJi.” I say.

“Okay, I get it, I won’t question you.” My brother narrows his eyes at us two. After breakfast is over, I go upstairs and begin to get ready, I take a shower and I linger in there a lot longer than I normally do, for some reason all I can do is think about my mum and MinJi. All of a sudden I hear some cars pull up on our drive. I get out of the shower and pull on some clothes, a pair of skinny black sweatpants, a black crop top and my favourite white sports brand hoodie I tie my hair back into a pony and rush out of my room.

I get out just in time to see MinJi being wheeled in on the hospital bed and EunJi just behind holding hands with SuJi. EunJi sees me and runs up to me I hug her. She had been crying and that is really unusual for my sister, she is a lot stronger than me, and very rarely cries.

My dad walks up to me slowly, he seems sad, well we all were, even SuJi, even though she had barely known us for a less than a month. “JiEun, will you do me a favour today?” I nod for my dad to continue. “Will you go down to the training dorms and ask MinJun or Teddy to make an announcement, about a meeting in one hour?” He glances down at EunJi and back to me
“Will you also ask Byun BaekHyun of EXO to visit MinJi often and play with EunJi so she doesn’t get lonely.”

“Of course, and I can’t see BaekHyun declining that offer, he loves the twins.- I’ll go down now, SuJi, EunJi do you want to come.” I say leaving BigBang with my Dad, SeungHyun, Daesung and Seungri had gone with my dad to get MinJi so I guessed they already knew what was happening and assumed they were going to join us later.

Me and my two sisters made our way down to the dorms, as I enter MinJun walks past.

“MinJun-ssi!” I call out and he turns around and meets me.

“Annyeong JiEun, how is MinJi?” He asks.

“She’s back home, still in a coma, but it’s much nicer now she’s in her own room. Can you tell me how to work the speaker please?” MinJun agrees and shows me how to put the speakers on, he tells me he will see MinJi later tonight. I say goodbye as he walks off, I missed his presence, I was so used to him being around, especially after the four months after moms death, he was permanently around.

I press the button and begin speaking and hope for the best. “Hello, this is Hwang JiEun, CEO Hwang has asked me to make a few announcements firstly can Byun BaekHyun of EXO come down to the lobby after this message and secondly he wants to hold a meeting in the theatre at half past eleven. Please do not be late. Thank you.” After I finished the announcement it takes little less than a minute before BaekHyun appears in front of me.

“Annyeong noona,” he calls to me. EunJi lets go of SuJi’s hand and runs up to BaekHyun who picks her up and spins her around.

“BaekHyun-ah my dad wants to ask you a special request for you personally.” I say, his eyes light up with excitement.

“Okay shoot, but I think I already know what it is.” He replies hopeful.

“ He wants to know if you will visit MinJi and play with-“ before I can even finish my sentence he jumps in excitedly.

“Yes, yes I’ll do it, I knew it of course I’ll play and look after them both whenever I can.”

“Baekie oppa, you can sing to MinJi, she loves your voice, can you bring Channie oppa and Chennie oppa too please!” EunJi pouts.

BaekHyun looks at me. “Don’t ask me,” I say “EunJi’s the boss.”

“Ah, okay, shall we go and ask them now? Chennie is still asleep so you can wake him up if you want?” BaekHyun says and I nod and give permission and they walk off holding hands towards the dorm.

“BaekHyun really likes them doesn’t he?” SuJi asks.

“Yeah, he’s good with children.” I reply.

I decide to go and set the theatre up and pull out the seats for whatever my dad was going to announce. SuJi agreed and we began to pull up the seats and curtains, after a while SuJi left and I was on my own for a bit until people started to pour into the theatre in their groups or groups of two or three, I watched them enter until someone pulled me behind the door. Tao?
“Hey,” he says calmly. “Did you miss me?” I nod, “Come sit by me, we haven’t spoke for a while, how’s MinJi I heard about everything?”

“Oh she’s back home now, still in a coma, I’m trying not to worry too much, but I can’t help it, not after I lost my mum the same way.” I explain whilst we take a seat quite far back. “How have you been anyway?”

“We’ve been writing some materials and practicing with Super Junior, they are amazingly talented I’m actually shocked, I knew they were good, but not that good.” Suddenly a pair of hands cover my eyes.

“Guess who.” I recognise the voice immediately his accent is so unique it had to be him.

“I don’t know, is it Zhang Yixing?” I say making my voice sound as if I was unsure.

Lay uncovers my eyes, “How on earth did you know it was me?” He asks, and I remember our first actual conversation about his hands.

“Well, I can recognise your extremely talented piano hands anywhere.” I say looking at his cute face light up, I wasn’t going to say it was because of his very distinct Chinese accent.
“Really?” He asks.

“No, not really” I joked back.

“Annyeong JiEun,” Kris had sat next to Lay behind Tao ruffling my hair as he passed by. What was up with him at first he was so cold and calm now he was acting like a child he was so cute sometimes it made me question is leader status.

“Annyeong oppa,” I played back. “Oh look my three favourite Chinese people all in one place. Tao- number one, Lay – number two and Kris- number three.”

“What about Luhan?” Kris asked.

“Oh Luhan is joint second with Lay,” I joked and saw Luhan who just winked at me.

“Ya- “Kris said but was cut off abruptly.

“I’m obviously JiEuns favourite person here, isn’t that right?” A voice appeared next to me.

“Kim KyoungJae oppa?” I stand up and hug him and SooHyun, DongHo, Kiseop, Kevin, AJ, Hoon and their new member Jun.

We all sit down as my dad enters and BigBang have followed them, I haven’t seen SuJi, IU or HaYi, I see SuperJunior down a few rows in front of us sitting next to SNSD, 2NE1 and Sistar. Got7, BAP, Akdong Musician, Apink, Miss A – minus SuJi- Wonder Girls CNBLUE, FTIsland Girl’s Day and SHINee are in the middle section of the theatre and in the smaller third section are a few actors, musicians, and staff members. IU SuJi and HaYi walk in with the staff and take a seat in the third section which was closest to the door.

“First of all,” my dad begins speaking to us all, I had never seen so many people in one place before this “I want to announce that all activities, promoting and training are postponed unless you really need and request to practice and continue with promotions. The reasons behind this is as you have all heard about my youngest daughter is very ill and I want to spend a lot more time with my family. On this note, you may request to spend some time with your families if you wish it. If not, you may stay here. And my last note I want to say a big thank you to Byun BaekHyun who has done a lot for my family recently and to a very special friend of my daughters Choi MinHo, who has done something for my family I can never be thankful enough.”

I see MinHo down in the middle section closer to the front, he looks in pain and I planned on visiting him later on today, but I thought of something else to do first. Then I remember everything I knew about MinHo.

---FlashBack---
I sat in my room and IU sits next to me.

“Well MinHo’s family all died, he was left with no one other than a younger sister and a younger brother. His parents, uncles, cousins, aunties and grandparents all died around six years ago and he took the role of protecting his siblings. They are all he has left family wise. As for SHINee, Onew started up and advertised where MinHo found it and the two of them together began. They wanted a five member group so they went in search for the other three members. They came across JongHyun one Saturday night as he was busking in HongDae, they visited every Saturday night for 6 weeks and eventually made friends with him and he agreed to join in as it might be fun. Key attended the same high school as Onew and they were in the same dance classed during and after school so Onew asked him if he could join, he was reluctant and distant at first but he agreed not long after saying he knew a place they could stay and practice at. Nobody knows how Taemin got involved he still remains the mystery of the group, at first they called themselves the rooftop dancers as the apartment they shared was on the rooftop. MinHo and Taemin went to work at different places for the rent and so they could eat. Key Onew and JongHyun went to school to study and what they learnt at school they taught to MinHo and Taemin, Key taught them all dance and JongHyun and Onew taught vocals, they were soon well known around their neighbourhood.

--At the hospital—

MinHo might never dance or sing again- the doctor said. “He might have to have a series of operations and he might never recover although there is a 20% chance he could return back to his full health, we can never be sure as it varies with different people.

--END OF FLASHBACK---

My dad continues “Also, I am opening my house and gardens up for your use without worry, please feel free to come and go as you wish that will be all. Thank you.”

I was confused with my dad’s plans but I didn’t argue with him or put my case for disapproval to him, I accepted the fact I would not be getting much privacy now. I bided my farewells to EXO and UKISS. Siwon caught me on the way out I told him I was a bit busy but I’d come down and visit later on, I owed him this after all Super Junior had helped me so much and I will admit I was still star struck by them. On the way up to the house a few others joined my usually lonely walk to and from my house and the dorms. I saw Lee Chaerin call me over and I walked toward her.

She asked me to show us around, I agreed, I loved these four girls so much and they made me feel comfortable at school in vocal classes, which I barely had time for lately. I showed them around, then I had a spark of brilliance, I invited 2NE1, Sistar, APink, Suji, HaYi, SooHyun from Akdong and IU for a huge sleepover when MinJi gets better, they all agreed and I told them I would let them know as soon as possible.

After a while I was finally free for a while. I reached out for my phone and dialled. “Yoboseyo,” I heard over the other end. “Park TaeHee is this you?” I asked her if Kim MyungSoo was busy today, she told me he wasn’t so I asked her if it was alright for him to come over for tea and EunJi would like it. She told me she would drop him off in half an hour, after his piano lesson was finished. I went to find EunJi after the phone call and she was in MinJi’s room with MinJun and his girlfriend who also worked at the company.

MyungSoo arrived and I let him in, he greeted my father with respect and I walked him in to see EunJi, who was still in MinJi’s room but instead of MinJun she was accompanied by three cheerful faces, Chen, ChanYeol and of course BaekHyun. EunJi hugged MyungSoo and I left them alone. I decided this was my chance to go visit Siwon and MinHo as I need to thank them both properly for what they had done for me and my family.

When I got there Siwon was in the reception waiting area. “Wow, you are so late.” Siwon says.

“I never gave you a time, so that means I am not late.” I giggled at his immatureness and we went to the machine and bought a coffee and walked back to his dorm.

In the dorm DongHae, EunHyuk, Shindong, LeeTeuk and HeeChul were just hanging about playing games and what looked like practicing for a dance. I greeted them all and promised I’d play one game after, but Siwon pushed me away and lead me into the room where we were alone.

“Siwon, I just wanted to say how thankful I am to you for helping me through all my television appearances.”

“Don’t worry about it,” he replies he smiles, “I see you’ve still got my necklace on?”

“Yeah, it’s beautiful, thank you, you have done so much for me and I don’t know what I can do for you in return.”

“You do not have to do anything for me, I am just happy you are my friend and you must visit us often and play games.” Siwon says optimistically.

“Speaking of that, where are SungMin, Yesung, RyeoWook, KyuHyun?”

“I literally have no idea, probably gone out somewhere, they always do, unless they are still in their dorm, ShinDong always comes over on a night for games and practice, but the others don’t come on some nights, most nights they do, but it does get a bit overcrowded.”

“Oh Okay, so shall we play?” Siwon nods and we walk back in the room where I am greeted by Heechul and Leeteuk playing a Kpop dance game.

All I could think – let’s show them up. “Can I play this with you?” I ask they all agree. “Winner stays on?”

“That sounds fun,” DongHae exclaimed.

“Okay, we should make this even more fun and bet for money.” EunHyuk suggested.

“No betting, you always win when there is money involved,” Heechul replied, EunHyuk pouted but nevertheless he agreed."He took a whole days wages off me before." Heechul whispers to me.


“Okay rules are the winner doesn’t get to choose the next song. Person who stays on longest in a row wins.” Leeteuk announced professionally, no wonder he was leader.

We began by alphabetical order, DongHae against EunHyuk. EunHyuk wins – 1 point. EunHyuk against Heechul – EunHyuk wins again – 2 points. Oh no I just realised it was my turn. EunHyuk agaist me. I pick a song he would not expect. Super Junior – Mr Simple, if I could bet EunHyuk at his own dance, a dance I studied for two years I could definitely win for sure. It was tense, but I was ready. It was a tie for nearly all the way to the end and then he missed one beat with 20 seconds of the song left so I concentrated a bit more and I won. JiEun against LeeTeuk, our game was good I messed up once but I got it back and won- JiEun 2 points. JiEun against ShinDong. JiEun Wins 3 points, I bet Siwon aswell, my total was four points DongHae beat me just right at the end when I was getting tired. I thanked them for the fun and I said goodbye and went to dorm 18 to see how MinHo was.

I knock on the door and I hear someone in the apartment yell quick hide it. Taemin opens the door “Oh Annyeong JiEun,” he calls back into the apartment “Onew, it’s just JiEun.”

“Can I come in?” I ask politely.

“Sure, MinHo is in his room if you are looking for him.” Taemin replies.

“Oh thank you.”

I greet everyone, “Onew, what were you hiding?”

“Oh urm, I got a bit hungry so I ordered some fried chicken, but I heard some of the EXO guys wanted to eat some so I was hiding it from them.”

“I’m guessing Kai? He really likes chicken.” Onew nods and I laugh at him “I need to speak to MinHo, I’ll be back in a minute.” I excuse myself and walk toward his door. I knock three times before I enter. He just lies on his bed staring up at the ceiling.

“Choi MinHo,” I call to him. He doesn’t respond, so I go and lie next to him.

“Hwang JiEun, are you only here to say thank you or are you here because you feel sorry for me because I can’t dance or sing again.”

“I am here to say thank you, and to say that I believe in you MinHo, and I still want you to rap on my debut album I kind of need you. You are the most amazing person I know, I know all about your past and things so I know what you had to give up, but I believe you are the 20% of people who will become back to their full health and you will.” My heart start beating faster and faster when he turned his head next to mine. His face was inches away from mine and I had to turn away quickly. “MinHo, I will pay for the best treatment around and I will pay for anything you need to be one of those 20% of people because I owe you one for potentially saving my little sisters life.”

I was staring at the ceiling now and I could feel his eyes staring at me, I could barely feel anything other than my heart beating hard against my chest. “Thank you JiEun.” I walked out after I promise Onew and Key and taemin and JongHyun I’d keep visiting them often. My heart was beating faster than it had ever done before, I see Lee JiEun and HaYi walking over toward me, but I was turning red and I couldn’t breathe so it became really hot. I decided to go straight up stairs.

I have rewrote a few chapters better, but there isn't any point in posting them, one day I may make a fanfic book^^
