It All Started With Ice Cream
Another Scoop?
~Yoochun(Mikcy) POV ~
We all sat down and enjoyed our ice cream. Anna looks so adorable licking her cone of mint chocolate chip. I can’t believe the kiss we just shared; it has blown my mind and changed my world. I know I only met her this morning but I can’t seem to imagine ever letting her go. Soon she’ll have to go back to work and deal with the mess from this morning, but I don’t want to let her out of my sight.
She is arguing with Junsu about what kinds of foods can be added to ice cream without it being too weird. It’s funny how impassioned they both are over the topic. Never knew Junsu felt so strongly about pecans and bubblegum. I can feel the smile on my face but it simply won’t stop. I’ve finally met someone who I think is wonderful and my members get along with her too. I see Jaejoong staring at me out of the corner of my eye while sipping his milkshake.
“What?” I ask him.
“Nothing much. Just thinking you’ve fallen hard for her.”
I nod in agreement. “Don’t know how. She just snuck up on me, I can’t imagine letting her go.”
“Don’t forget you’ll have to keep it quiet and if it’s really serious, you’ll have to talk to the label.” He looks concerned for me and I know he’s thinking of how the press and fans will react. I sigh. It’s hard to juggle having a personal life and being an idol sometimes.
“Well, for the next little bit I can always claim we’re working on the tour promotions if we get caught.”
“That’s a good idea to start. In fact, I’d almost say to make sure a photo of all of us working together leaks out, so later if you get caught you can say that it’s purely business.” Man, Jae has a devious mind. He’s a good friend to have on your side.
“Why don’t you two go out to the van for a little alone time, you two probably want to talk. We’ve got to get the girls back in about 20 min, “he says. This sounds like a brilliant idea to me.
I look over and Anna has finished her cone. I catch her eye and nod towards the door. She smiles and nods back. We both get up and head out. I hear JinAe start to ask where we’re going but Jaejoong shushes her and says we’re just going out to talk alone for a bit. I hear her giggle and manager hyung’s chuckle as the door closes behind us.
We both settle in the back seat of the van and turn to look at one another. My mind goes blank. I know we should talk but I just can’t stop staring at her. She’s so gorgeous and funny, I can’t let her go.
~Anna POV~
Micky is just staring at me and I can feel another blush steal across my face. We should talk but I am desperately trying to grasp for words and coming up blank. All I want to do is throw myself into his arms again, I feel like I’ve found home there.
Micky clears his throat. “So, this may seem like a weird question, considering we’ve already kissed and everything.” He looks down at his hands nervous. What could possibly be asking me? I wait but he seems to have gotten stuck.
“What?” I ask.
“Well… what’s your last name?” he asks.
He looks so embarrassed his nose is all scrunched up, it’s too cute! I start to laugh and it seems I can’t stop. It’s almost got a hysterical edge to it but he quickly joins in. We both are laughing so hard we’re having difficulty staying upright and we kind of lean into each other for support. I think we both just needed a release from the tension of the day, because both of us are in disbelief of how fast we are moving together. Finally we both subside and he reaches over to wipe the tears of mirth off my cheek. I look up into his eyes. They are so beautiful. I sigh. He’s right, we’ve done things a bit out of order but no reason we can’t fix that.
“It’s Woods,” I say. “My name is Anna Woods.”
He smiles, “Nice to meet you Anna Woods… So, are you in the market for a boyfriend?”
I giggle. “I normally would be, but you see I recently met this handsome Kpop star who kisses like a dream and loves ice cream almost as much as I do. I’m really thinking he may be the one for me.”
I gasp. I can’t believe I said that. I just confessed and laid it all out there. Oh, there’s another blush going across my face. I’m so embarrassed I do the only thing I can think of. I quickly hug him and bury my face in his neck to hide.
I hear his chuckle rumbling under me as he squeezes me back and it spreads joy all through me. “I think you may be right about that.” I hear him say. I raise my head up and look at him, I hope we’re both right because I’ve no clue what I’ve done to deserve this man, but I’m not going to give him up. We’re in this together now. I lean in for another kiss and it’s even better than before. I can’t believe how my luck has changed because of him.
When I started the day, I had no clue my life would do a 180. I started out in despair and ended in heaven with this wonderful man as my boyfriend. Who knew all this happiness would be started with ice cream? I wonder what another scoop will bring me; I can’t wait to find out with him beside me.

I know! I haven't been inspired about it lately so I wanted to end it rather than abandon it. I may go back and add more later if I feel inspired but right now I'm drawn to some other stories I'm working on. Keep your subscription, so if I do add on you'll be informed. Hopefully I can go back and make a better ending for these two.
