Our Ondal Wedding
Not Right
HANEUL:
Ah. Bonding time. Gangster brother-in-law and idol sister. We sat across each other at the dinner table, but we both chewed in silence. Both of us had one thing in common, we didn't know what the hell was going on with my sister.
"Do you think she has another man?"
I stopped chewing and looked at him. His eyes weren't as fierce as they were a while ago. His dark eyes seemed soft yet sad. His posture wasn't that of a boss, but more of slouch like a normal guy. His hands seemed to lightly be shaking as he held the utensils. I figured something while staring at him for those brief moments, he really loved my sister. Which made me even angrier at the thought of this whole situation.
"Not likely. She's not the type."
It's not like I knew her type anyway. I hadn't even had a good conversation with her in over 6 years. It seemed like my words reassured my brother-in-law to an extent. We went back to chewing in silence.
As the meal ended, he stood up and bowed towards me. I quickly got up and bowed in response.
"I know this situation isn't ideal for you. Please stay for awhile until everything is sorted out. I-I don't know how long this will take." I saw him stutter and I felt the amount of sadness in his words. "I will try to give you the best accommodation's as I can..." He covered his eyes with his hands.
Seeing no one around in the room, I walked towards him. I sighed and my brother-in-law a hug. He hesitated, but didn't push me back at all.
"I want her to be safe. I want my daughter to be safe. I hope nothing happened to my family. As long as they are here with me, I don't care about anything else."
I let go and smiled at him. "Well that sounds like a good enough reason for me to stay. Why don't you send a few of your mob guys to Seoul? Rahui is there anyway!"
He perked up and his eyes were wide open. "She's okay? I'll bring her right away! Thank you!" He bowed and quickly left the room.
I looked at the table and chuckled to myself, Daehyun is going to shit his pants when he sees these mobsters at his dorm.
KAI:
"Oh YooRi?"
"Yes."
This woman gave me a kind smile, and proceeded to scan the seats of the plane with her eyes.
"Are you waiting for someone?", I asked curiously.
"Uh. It's complicated."
I nodded. Weird woman let me tell you.
The flight attendant came to our class and announced. "The flight will be departing soon."
That's when Oh YooRi-ssi seemed relieved and looked at me and smiled.
"So I heard you're married to RoyAL's Haneul! Tell me about it!"
HANEUL:
I wandered through the halls of this large mansion. Every time I met up with one of the mafia guys, they bowed to me in respect. I looked at them, and gave them an awkward simile. Ah, where did my temporary bedroom go? I ended up running into Aaron.
"Annyeonghaseyo sister-in-law!" He also, bowed in respect towards me.
I gave a pretty good punch to his chest, but my hand was the only thing left in pain.
He laughed at me, and I glared at him.
"Why couldn't you have brought me here in a normal way huh? Was it so hard to just walk me to the airport? Couldn't you have let me get my things? Fucking asshole. You probably lied to me about my childhood too!"
"Actually that's true."
I stared at him and rolled my eyes.
"No, I'm not kidding. I went to your elementary school and middle school!"
"Then why did a rich chaebol son like you, start working for a mafia in Macau?"
"Well I'm the bastard son remember? The son of the mistress. I didn't want to be in charge of a company. And this hyung took me in after we moved. I've been having a heck of a lot of fun here-"
That deserved a kick in the shin. "Get your shit together dude."
With that I went into my bedroom, and laid on the gigantic king size bed. Compared to our house in Seoul, this felt a ton more luxurious. The question hit me yet again. My brother-in-law treated my sister like a princess! Why the hell did she disappear!
