The group had apparently been uploading vlogs and catching the interest of a few even before news of their debut had become more widespread. Jongin didn't pay much attention to them. It was June, and SM had finally gotten their shit together; Exo was having a comeback after who-know-how long. Other than the one time Chanyeol ran into the living room to shove an iPad into Kris' face, knocking Jongdae's head along the way, exclaiming "the rookies are so cool nowadays hyung, right!!" As everything Chanyeol ever says always ends with an exclamation.
