Flower's Shop

So beautiful, I look at the bloom cherry blossom. I’m in Japan right now, well I’m study here just for the short term. I look at my watch “Still early” so I still got time, it’s was my best friend Eli. He said he will come today for vacation. I will pick him up at Narita International Airport, so before he arrived I want to enjoy this beautiful scene alone. I walk down the park with my hot coffee, I sipped my coffee. Suddenly my phone ringing “Ahh hot hot” my coffee spill a bit and it burn my tongue. “Aish who call at time like this” I answer it “Moshi, moshi Aj here”. “Yaa where are you? I’m already arrived” Eli yelled. I looked at my watch it 4.30 p.m, “But it still early you said you will be arrived around 5 o’clock” I said to him. “It’s already 5.30!” he yelled again. I looked closely to my watch, dumb found, is out of battery. I laughed “Hahaha mian Eli I didn’t realize my watch dead” “Yaa come here quickly” he said and start to nag. I ran to my car and drove quickly to the airport. I saw Eli is waving at me. He got so many bags “Yaaa… Are you planning to move here or what?” he just glared at me “Ahh shut up and help me!” I laughed at him “Hey how was your flight?” I ask him, “Bit shaking maybe because of the weather, I thought I will die” he said. “Yaa saying something like that, if you became ghost don’t try to find me here” I laughed, “How everyone?” I really miss all of my members. “They good, ahh Dongho omma give you some kimchi” he said. While on our way to my apartment we keep talking and laugh. I help Eli to lift up his things, since he bring so many bags. He said all of that for me. “So what will you do tomorrow?” I ask him. “Erm don’t know yet, I don’t have a plan I think I want to sleep” he laugh. “Well I got a class tomorrow, maybe after that we could go somewhere” I said to Eli, he just nodded. “Ahh really tired all of these bags killing me, this is all you fault” he lay down on the couch. “I didn’t ask you to bring all of the stuff, Yaa go sleep inside the room” I slapped his back. “I’m tired” he keeps mumble and grab the pillow. He ignored me, hugs the pillow and start snored.

(In the afternoon)

I’m ready for my class; Eli still sleep, he look so tired maybe because of their tight schedule lately. I walk to my college, while I was enjoyed the view suddenly I saw a girl under the bridge. What she was doing right there? She jumped into the river. I was so shocked I ran toward her, and try to save her. Look like she almost drowns, I pulled her. “Hey what were you thinking?” I yelled at her. She fainted, something moving in her arm. As I lifted her arm, a puppy came out all wet. “A puppy?” I mumble myself and I shake her body “Hey are you okay?” then she wakes up, she scream “Stop! No! Don’t touch me” she cried, she slapped my face and ran away. I was so confused “What was that all about? I just want to help” wait is she Korean? “I touch my cheek “That hurt”. Then I went back home since I’m all wet. Eli opened the door. “Yaa what happen to you” he laughed at me. “I’m trying to save a girl from drowning, I thought she tried to kill herself” I sigh. “And then” he look at me “She was try to save a puppy but didn’t know how to swim” “So what happen then?” he look curios “Well, after she wake up she slapped my face and ran away” I said while opened my cloth. “Pfttt… pity you” he started to laugh at me again. “I think she is Korean” I said while drying up my hair. “Really? Why don’t you get her number then” Eli replies while playing the game. I sigh “Aish I miss my class today” “Ahh come on it’s not like the end of world” he continued play the game. Suddenly he stop “Yaa let’s eat something, I’m hungry” he make his big eye that mean he want me to treat him.
Today Eli went to Yokohama, he said that he will be there for two days. He want to meet his friend over there, he will be okay I think. I went to my class; I sit down and lay my head down on the table for a moment. So tired after last night Eli makes me drinks so many sake. I rise up my head, and then I saw the girl that I save before. “That was the girl before” I mumble myself. I didn’t realize someone already sit next to me “Ohio Aj” I look at him “Owh... Ohio Shohei” I was snap a bit. This is Shohei he is my best friend here in Japan. I ask him “Hey Shohei, who is that girl? I never seen her before” I pointed at him. He looked at the girl and said “Ahh that was the new transfer girl from Korea, same as you. She just got here yesterday” I shocked. “I knew it” I mumbled “But she doesn’t speak too much” Shohei said to me. “Ahh really” I reply him while take my book out from my bag. “Don’t tell me you already fall for her” he teased me. “No way” I laughed. Secretly I glared at her. She has a fair skin, long hair and looked innocent. I was daydream while looking at her, suddenly my lecture throw a chalk on my head. “Pay attention” she give me death glared. Shohei laugh at me. “Sorry” I bow to her. Now the class end, I walk home with Shohei. “Hey let’s have soba for dinner I know a place that totally delicious and cheap” he said to me. “Let’s go I’m starving right now” I replied him while hold my tummy.
We arrived at the soba stall; I’m ordering the tempura soba while Shohei order tsukimi soba. “It look delicious” I was drooling “You should taste it” he replied. “Itadakimas!” we both say at the same time and start to eat. “Wow this is good” I said to Shohei, “I’ve told you” he said. “I should bring Eli here” “Eli was here? Where is he now?” Shohei ask me while sipped his soup. “He went to Yokohama with his friend” I answered. While we both enjoyed our food, suddenly I saw that girl before. I just stared at her. She was walking alone, hugging her book and smiled by herself, she is beautiful. I was mesmerized by her. “Oi… What are you looking at?” Shohei look around. “Nothing” I answer and continued eat. “Let me have that tempura if you don’t want to eat it” he grab my tempura “No way, this is war!” I pick it back and we both laugh.
She was like some kind of spell, whenever I saw her I feel like I want to talk to her. There is so may time I try to talk to her, it so hard seem like she don’t want to. She just smiled and keep avoid me, it makes me want to know her more. One day I heard some girl gossiping, “Did you know that the new girl almost being rape by her step father” “Yeah I heard that too” “I heard that she run away from home and live here with her uncle” other girl say. I just hide and listen to it, “So that why” I talked to myself. Then I try to approach her again, this time I won’t give up, I saw her resting under the tree behind the college, her favorite place. I walk toward her, she saw me and try to run away again “Hey _____-sshi why you always avoid me?” she stop. “I just want to be alone” she reply. “Can we become friend?” I ask her. “I’m afraid” she said”. “Afraid of what ____-sshi? I’m not doing anything to you I just want to be your friend” she just look at me. Suddenly her tear start to fall. “I’m sorry, I really want to make friend but I’m still afraid of people. I’m sorry if I’m hurting your feeling” she bows to me. “Let me try, take my hand and trust me” I give her my hand. She just looked at it “No... I can’t!” she run away. I just watch her run, again I failed.
I just want to help her, maybe she is too phobia because of the incidence. I went back home, I saw Eli lay down on my couch. “Yaa you look like a lazy old bear, you didn’t go out today?” I ask him. With his lazy face “What was that again? Nahh too lazy today” he watching the television while scratching his neck. “So… How was your secret admired?” he asks me. “What secret admired?” I pretend and put down my bag, “Come on don’t lie, Shohei already told me everything” he smirked. I sit on the chair near the dining room “Aish that guy, well I think she need some treatment” I sigh, “What was that about?” he turn around and look at me, “Well she almost got rape before this, so now she afraid to be friend with people” Eli walk to the kitchen take a glass of water, “Look if you want to help her, you must always be by her side” he smiled. “Hey by the way, I will leave for Korea tomorrow” I gasp “That so soon” well if I think it back, it already a week since Eli was here. “Ok then I will send you to airport” I said. “Sure you have to I don’t want to take a cab” Eli giggles “Great! But right now I want to eat my king crab! Hurry called Shohei let go together" I just laughed “Again with the crab?” I take my phone and called Shohei “Hey Shohei what are you doing right now?” “I was bored to death at home, why?” he answers “We want to eat crab, you want to come?” “You save me! I will get dress” he screams happily. “I will pick you up right now” I hung up. I looked at Eli “Shohei is joining, let’s move” he clap his hand “Daebak! Let’s go”. We are going to Chiyoda, Tokyo. I heard they got best crab over there.
I guess Eli must arrive at Korea right now. Before he go he said to me “Don’t give up if you really like her, Good luck Aj” It keep play in my mind “Wait when did I say I like her? I just want to help her?” I mumble myself and start to blush. Really? Just want to help her? It’s already evening, I walk to the tree that she always rest. I’m searching for her but she’s not there. “She must be home by now” I mumble and turn around, but suddenly I saw her in front of me. She just stared at me “Hi” I said to her. She just stand there, I walked to her. She try to run away again, slowly she start to reverse “Please don’t run away” I said. She stop, I walked near her “Please trust me, I want to help you” I was beside her right now, she just look at my face and blink her big eye. I try to hold her shoulder; she pushed me and tries to run “No!” she said “I’m sorry” I grab her hand. She was blushed, “See I’m not hurting you” I said to her. She pulled her hand and blushed “What do you want?” she looked other way. I feel so happy she replied, “I will walk you home” I smiled at her. It is so hard to get near her, but this time look like fate was on my side. I did it. I make her talked to me. We walked together, “Well… you know, before this I got a lot of friend” suddenly she started to talk. “But after what happen, I’m afraid to talk to people” she look up to the sky, I just listen to her story. “I wish I could be the old me” she stop at the bridge. “The sunset is so beautiful~” she said. We both watch the sunset at the bridge; I look at her I can see smiling, she is beautiful, my heart fluttered. “Thanks Aj” she suddenly spoke. “What for?” I ask her “For never give up and try to be my friend” suddenly she looked at me, “I want to try to be friend with you too” she said and gives me a smiled. I blushed, “I want to believe in people again” she continued. I wish I could capture this scene, the beautiful sunset with her smile like that. I just stare at her but she noticed it. I look to other way, she starts to blush again and turn away “Let’s go home” she said. I smiled “Let’s go” I followed her from behind.
It’s been a month since we became friend, but when I try to get near her she still push me away. I just need to give her sometimes. Every day, my feeling toward her keep grow, the more I know her the more I fall in love with her. She is so funny, kinds, sometimes bit straight, she always believed whatever I told her bit naïf I think, and she is so smart but sometime bit crybaby. She makes me fall for her every day. I want to tell her that I love her but I’m afraid. Shohei said to me “If you like her why don’t you tell her?” I sigh “I want to but I’m afraid” Shohei laugh at me “You not a man” he make annoyed face, I looked at him “Oi I’m a man” I show him my muscle, Shohei laugh “Just need my time” he sigh he walked and pat my shoulder “Just tell her when you were ready Aj” he smiled at me. Aish he was right, I want to, but I feel so nervous. Two weeks from now is her birthday. I want to celebrate with her; should I tell her that time? What if she rejected me? What if she will never talk to me again? So many questions appear in my head.
I buy bunch of pink roses, her favorite color. I’m ready to meet her. I was waiting for her under the tree that she likes. I hide the flower behind the tree. I saw her, she waved at me. “Aj!” she yelled. “Over here” I said to her. She was smiling and walk to me, “So what do you plan today?” I ask her. “I want to eat the king crab” she said while smile at me “You just like Eli” I giggles “What did you said?” she ask me, “Nothing” I smiled at her. “I have something for you, closed your eyes, it a surprise” I said to her. She just closed her eyes. Looks like she starts to trust me before this she will never do it. “Ok no peeping” I said, she laugh “Ahh my eyes open by itself” she teasing. “Aish not yet” I take the roses “Opened up” when she opened her eyes, she look so surprise “This is so beautiful Aj” she blush and giggles. “I love it!” she said again, I look at her and then I kiss her. “I love you” I said to her. She just stands there and keep blushed. Suddenly she cried, “What the matter? I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to hurt you” I feel so guilty. She turn around, covered her face with the roses. “I’m not crying. I’m just so happy” she said. She come closer to me and whispered to me “I want to tell you that I love you too Aj”.

*Aj : Who forget? I have eat it with Eli, it already finished, send me more! Lol.
*Eli: Yeah we already eat that together. We even force Shohei to eat it to hahahaa
*Aj : Yeah until his face turn red because it too spicy *laugh*
*Shohei : They both bullied me (T___T)
