Bestfriend to Lover?

Sungrin POV
Aish that guy and what with that stared just now. Yet he said don’t let the food burn? Should I pull some prank on him? “hahaha Jung Hoseok you are death”. I just finished cooking. “Where is that guy?” I mumble. It’s been one hour what he ups to. I set up the table put the food nicely and wait for him. In my mind “do I look like a wife wait for her husband?” haha what am I thinking just now “yaa u can do that he is your only best friend, don’t ruin it” yeah brain you are right. “Dear heart, please don’t make some stupid movement”. I watch the television when suddenly I feel like my heart being squeeze. It’s hurt so badly. I try to reach my medicine in my room. “Darn not right now, I don’t want make him see me like this”. I begin to walk to my bedroom slowly, “Come on feet you can do it, just another inch” well I think my body not listening to my request as I reached my medicine I fell down and my head bumped at the desk really hard. I think is bleeding and I fainted.

Hoseok POV
I have taking a long time just to find the right cloth, she going to be mad at me. “Ahh let her wait it just 8 o clock right now” as I singing, make my hair, I wear a shirt some good outfit, I think, I want to surprise her with this look. “She going to drool when she saw me like this” I make evil laugh sound. As I walk to her apartment I rung the bell so many times, “aish what make this girl take so long to open the door” I mumbles. In my mind “Maybe she in the bathroom" lucky I know her password, I laugh to myself. As I open the door I calling for her “Sungrin-ah I'm coming in”, no answer. I walk to the table I saw everything was ready it makes me happy well I’m so hungry right now, I sipped the soup “what the...” ahh so salty, and then I try the soup inside the pot, “hmm.. This one is delicious, that girl she tried to prank me?” I laugh at myself for felt in her trap. I called her again still no answer, it make me worried. I walk to her bedroom as I saw she was lying on the floor her head bleeding and she have something in her hand, my heart break into piece, well when u saw the person that care the most lying on the floor like that, I lift her on the couch, without thinking anything I run to my apartment take my car key, wallet and rush to her apartment take her and her bag and rush to the hospital.

*In the car* I was thinking “what if I arrived at her place early? What if I stay? Maybe she couldn’t just fall like that on the floor” you are fool Hoseok, look at her like that. I drove like a crazy person. As I arrived at the emergency section I tell them to take her quickly. I don’t know what to do. I can’t go in, the doctors have her now, but why my heart still feels so hurt inside. I wait for a moment as I think “what happen? Is she going to be okay?” so many question in my head. Soon the nurse came out asked me “Are you her guardian?” “Yes” I said. “The doctor wants to see you". I walked to the doctor’s room, he look at me and offer his hand “Hi, I’m Dr. Lee” I shake his hand “I’m Hoseok” I sit down stay calm and ask “How is she? Can u tell me what happen to her?” he just stared at me “Before that can I know what kind of relation you have with her? All I know is she doesn’t have any family member” I just sit there; this situation is like I’m meeting her father. “I was her best friend” I answer. He glared at me “Do you know anything about her?” I look at him “I guess i know her” “Hmm… well it’s rare to see her with other people, she actually came here alone plus she don’t trust people. I guess she trust you” Dr. Lee said. I was wondering, who is this guy? Then I ask him “Do you know her Dr. Lee?” he smiled and said “Of course I do, her father was a good friend of mine. I’m sorry, just get excited when suddenly she came here with someone, I thought you were her boyfriend, ok let’s get back to your question”. In my head, “Boyfriend? I wish for it.. HahaHa " what am I thinking again, be serious Hoseok. Dr. Lee continued “All I can say right now she is fine. Did you know that she have some disease and need to be operated soon?” I was so shocked. “What kind of disease? Operated?” I said.
Then Dr. Lee start to explain “Based on her medical record, she got coronary artery disease which mean her heart received less blood, this can lead to heart attack if she don’t treat it, she start to be like this after that horrible accidents” “As her specialist I have warn her so many times to be more careful and take care of her health. But that girl is so stubborn, she won’t listen to me. 3 weeks start from now she will be operated, her heart now in a really bad condition. We didn’t aspect that her heart will become worst like this”
I can believe what I heard just now, I just stare at her x-ray paper, her medication. In my mind “how could she didn’t tell me all of this?”. Dr. Lee smile at me and said “You look like really in love with her, do you?” I start to blush and deny “No.. No, I’m not, we were just a friend” I answer it, and start to change the topic “Can I see her?” He smiled and said “Please take care of her since she got nobody” I bow and say thanks. Omg I’m free from that Dr. He ask so many question it like I was being shot by so many arrow from different way. Wait a minutes, did it look too obvious that I like her? I don’t know now, I just want to see her right now.
With my nervous feeling I entered her room, I saw her lying down with her head bandage some other equipment around her. “Seriously I didn’t know about this” I said to myself. I look at her, so peaceful it’s look like she have a good dream, suddenly my tears start falling, “What happen to me? Why is so painful to see her like that?” “My heart is beating for her?” I touch my chest. I take a chair and sat beside her. I will wait for her until she wakes up. I hold her hands; she has cold hand. “I will take care of you Sungrin, don’t leave me" I whispered to her.
As I wake up, I saw the sunlight through the hospital curtain “Morning already” I said to myself, I looked at her. She still doesn’t wake up, I look at the equipment her pulse is there, I’m glad. I went out search for the nurse, I ask her “Did Dr. Lee here? I need to see him” the nurse smile and lead me to Dr. Lee’s room. He look at “Ahh Lover boy” I’m blush and start ask “Well she didn’t wake up yet. Is this thing normal?” he sigh “Yes, this is normal well sometime her body need time to recovered just give her sometimes, don’t worries just let her rest”. “Hmm… I knew it” suddenly the dr. said, “What was that again?” I ask confused. “You like her right?” he tease me. At last I surrender and nodded. He laughs and says “Aigoo It’s good to be young”.
I went home clear up her kitchen, change my cloth and I went back to the hospital to see her again. There she is lying like always on the bed. I just stared at her hold her hand tight and say “Please wake up, I have something to tell you” and without knowing I fell asleep.
