OK, searched and couldn't find.

What is a vote? and how do you vote?

First, make sure you are logged into the website. On the side of the fanfiction you vote for, you can see that there are ten stars, and above them it says "Rate this story:". To vote, just simply, click (if you are using a computer,) or tap (if you are using a device,) the amount of stars that you would rate the story. Your rate counts as a vote :) Hope this helps!
